Abstract/Summary:
The development direction of the laser range finder is the miniaturization,multifunction and security to human eyes.High precision laser ranging technology,especially for the laser range measurement technology of the human eye safety band,can make the system not damage the operator’s vision,the penetration ability of the smoke,and the target reflectivity.Through the study of pulsed semiconductor laser ranging principle,eye safe laser configuration,laser power supply method,if the signal receiving and digital signal processing technology,optical transmitting and receiving antenna design and miniaturization design,a comprehensive exposition of the design method of eye safe semiconductor miniaturized laser ranging system.The miniaturization of the laser ranging system design a variety of advanced technology has the advantages of compact structure,light weight,long measurement range,eye safe,high precision,the reduction of energy loss fundamentally and improve the measurement range and measurement accuracy of the laser ranging system,provides a system solution for remote miniaturized laser ranging product design.The main work of this paper and the creative inventions are as follows:1.In this paper,the technology of the laser ranging system is expounded,and the human eye safety band laser ranging and frontier progress are analyzed.2.In the premise of ensuring the structure strength,the integration of design,modular design,laser resonator design,laser power supply miniaturization receiving and signal processing new concept of integrated design,the product structure is compact,laser rangefinder is successfully developed weight less than 4 kg.3.Study on LD wavelength drift compensation technology,pyramid homogenization heat dissipation technology,material series thermal distortion repair technology,TEC control technology and a series of cooling technology,and through the thermal simulation model,optimize the design of the system effectively,in the limited space to ensure to ensure the heat exchange capacity.4.The design of an optical parametric oscillation(OPO)laser is used to design a laser transmitter fir the safety of human eyes,and the output energy is ≥10 mJ,achieved in a wide range of temperature,superior to other domestic products.5.By using the technology of receiver amplifier,gain control,constant false alarm,and the digital processing technology of laser echo,the high sensitivity detection of laser range measurement in the human eye is realized.
