Promoting The Family Farm Moderate Scale Measurement And Influencing Factors Of Research

In this paper,yanbian grain family farm is taken as the research object,the research background,purpose,significance and related research results are briefly introduced,and the status quo of family farm development in yanbian is analyzed.According to the theory of scale economy,based on data envelopment analysis(dea)method,build eight 2 output variables and input variables of promoting the family farm,the moderate scale measure model based on promoting the rural and agricultural economy station 8 counties and cities in 2017 relevant data and the survey data in2016 and 2017,combining macro statistics and micro survey data for empirical analysis.The results show that:under the current conditions,with the goal of maximizing the net income per unit area,there are two groups of moderate size grain family farms,which are size interval(20-30)hm~2 and size interval(60-70)hm~2respectively.With the goal of maximizing grain yield per unit area,there are three groups of moderate grain farming family farms,namely,size range(20-30)hm~2,size range(60-70)hm~2 and size range(90-100)hm~2.The results of this study can provide a reference for the improvement of family farm operation efficiency.On this basis,using Tobit model on the influencing factors promoting the family farm moderate scale management comprehensive analysis,it is concluded that land management scale,the degree of farmer culture,factors such as land circulation costs,infrastructure conditions for family farm main influencing factors of the development of appropriate scale operation,according to the analysis result,the comprehensive technical efficiency of the family farm and land management scale and infrastructure were positively correlated,and negatively correlated to the cost of land circulation,and the degree of the farmer culture under 0.1 levels were positively correlated.Based on the above analysis,the following is conducive to yanbian family farm moderate scale operation development countermeasures.First,standardize the land circulation and realize the moderate scale management;Second,broaden financing channels to ease the pressure of land transfer fees;Three is to strengthen education and training,improve the overall quality of farmers;Fourth,we will improve supporting facilities and improve the service system.
