Road network is a large number of intersections and sections of the complex network,is the city's skeleton and lifeline,the city's traffic conditions play a decisive role.Natural disasters and the impact of human events,making the operation of the urban road network status is more fragile,causing greater economic losses.The study found that the failure of urban road network traffic function is often due to some key role in the node or road congestion or interruption caused.Therefore,by analyzing the characteristics and topology of the potential hazard of the road network and the characteristics of the traffic flow,it is necessary to identify the main hazard sources of the urban road network and the key nodes and important sections of the road network exposed to the main dangerous sources.Traffic management,protection of the foundation.This article has carried on the following three aspects of research,and has obtained the corresponding result:First of all,the characteristics of typical dangerous sources in urban road network and the impact on road network are statistically analyzed.Based on the systematic analysis of the characteristics of the dangerous network of the road network,through the statistical analysis of the typical dangerous network of the road network in China and Tianjin,the ways of destruction caused by each dangerous source to the road network and the time and space of the dangerous sources of the road network in Tianjin are determined distributed.Then,using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the impact of typical hazard on the urban road network.Secondly,a method of identifying key nodes and important sections of urban road network under different operating conditions is proposed.Under the normal operation,this paper constructs the evaluation index of the importance degree of nodes and road sections from the aspects of road network topology and actual traffic flow characteristics,and designs AHP-Entropy-TOPSIS method to calculate and classify the importance of nodes and road sections under normal conditions.In the earthquake,taking into account thegeneral decline of traffic capacity of the road network after the earthquake,according to the improved reverse detection method,the index of road network efficiency change rate is used to calculate and classify the importance of nodes and road sections after the earthquake.Finally,the evaluation model of key nodes and important sections of road network integrated with earthquake is proposed.According to the grading results of the degree of importance of road network nodes and road sections under different states,the key nodes and the identification of important sections under earthquake action are studied according to the matrix model.Using the above theory,the road network in Tianjin area is analyzed and the comprehensive key nodes and important road sections in Tianjin road network are identified under the action of earthquake.According to the actual situation,it is validated that the proposed comprehensive evaluation model of nodes and road sections in the road network proposed in this paper is feasible and effective when applied to the actual road network.
