The performance of military initiating explosive devices has been continuously improved with the rapid development of national defense technology.The measurement of combustion temperature is an important part to evaluate the performance of initiating explosive devices,and it also has an important guiding significance for the development of new products.Aiming at the high temperature measurement of initiating explosive devices,an imaging multi-spectral temperature measurement system based on fiber spectrometer is proposed.The radiation spectrum of the target point is collected by the spectrometers in the 400~1700nm band with small view-field,and the CCD is used to assist the target point and display the temperature field of the target in real time,so as to measure the target temperature accurately and fast.In this paper,the concept of thermal radiation and the theory of radiation temperature measurement is introduced firstly,a variety of radiation temperature measurement methods are compared,to lay the theoretical foundation of the subject.According to the particularity of initiating explosive device combustion,the overall design scheme of multispectral temperature measuring system is developed,and the core devices are selected.The widespectrum imaging inverted telephoto objective and the spectroscopic coupling device is designed,so that the temperature target can be simultaneously imprinted on the optical fiber end face and CCD sensor chip,which meets the requirements of small field and visual alignment.The multi-spectral temperature measuring system is calibrated by hightemperature blackbody furnace,and the spectral response function is obtained to correct the radiation information,thus ensuring the measuring accuracy of the system,then the relationship between CCD chromaticity value and temperature is established so that the temperature measuring system can obtain the temperature distribution information directly through the pixel value during observation.A tungsten lamp with a temperature of about 2500 °C is used as an equivalent replacement target in the verification of the high temperature measurement performance of the system.Temperature meter is used to simultaneously measure the temperature.After comparing the results,the measurement error is within 2%,which fulfills the specification requirements.
