The charm decay of the sweeping process provides useful information on the theory of perturbation dynamics and has been a subject of interest to theoretical physicists for many years.Based on the factorization scheme of perturbed QCD,the decay widths of P-charm to scalar meson pairs are calculated under the assumption that the main component of scalar mesons is quark-antiquark binding.In the course of calculation in this paper,we regard ?(800),?0(980),f0(600),f0(980)as the lowest state of the scalar meson,K0*(1430),?0(1450),f0(1370),f0(1710)as the first excited state,and f0(1500),f0(2200)as the second excited state of f0(600),f0(980).In the process of calculating the decays of charms by the perturbation QCD method,the mass of the quark component of the bound state is relatively large,but the relative momentum of the bound state quark component is slightly smaller,and therefore,the non-perturbation parameter corresponding to the strong sub-matrix element is obtained in the process of processing the initial state as the P-wave bipartite element,We will use the zero point wave function Rp(0)in the non-relativistic approximation and the scalar meson in the final state as the expansion of different twist light-cone wave functions of its hadron matrix elements,the highest expansion being to its two-particle twist-3 wave function.When the longitudinal momentum fraction and the transverse momentum fraction are introduced,it is necessary to integrate the transverse momentum and the longitudinal momentum fraction in order to obtain the decay width.However,the integral is cumbersome,and the Fourier transform is required for the hard-scattering amplitude,and the momentum space is transformed into b-space,and the wave function of the final meson is also transformed into b-space.In this paper,the scalar meson decay constant and the corresponding wave function Gaegenbauer coefficient are also studied by using the QCD summation rule of the optical cone,which involves the numerical calculation and analysis of the related first and third order moments.It is found that the Borel window with the summation rule of scalar meson excited state is much better than the Borel window only considering the ground state,and the larger the continuous threshold so parameter is,the wider the Borel window can be obtained.The better the physical parameters obtained by the summation rule.According to the above scheme,we have come to the following conclusion,select the mass of the charm quark mc ?(1.35?1.65)GeV,non-perturbed parameter ? ?(0.4-0.5GeV),In a reasonable interval,we calculated the decay width of a large number of scalar meson pairs,compared with the experimental data of the existing PDG,?(?c0?f0(980)f0(980)?f0(1370)f0(1370)?fo(1 5 0)Of0(15 0)Q f0(9 8)Of0(1 5 0)O f0(1 3 7)Of0(150)O the experimental data are in good agreement with the experimental data,and more decay channels are expected to be verified by experimental data.
