Along with the prosperous experimental evolvement in B meson factory, B meson physics has become the most important research areas in tne particle physics community. The rare B meson decays provides a good research room for testing the Standard Model, validating QCD theory, exploring their own CP violation and the discoverying of new physics. In CERN Large Hadron Collider has worked, which can find a lot of Bs and Bc mesons, So it is very necessary to study the rare meson decays. In this paper, Starting with the basic low-energy effective theory, Introducted the general theory of the B meson decays, for calculation the hadronic matrix element, we used the perturbative QCD factorization approach which was suggested by Li XiangNan and others, and explained it.The method is mainly on thinking of the contribution of the transverse momentum kT,and leads the Sudakov form factor. Author calculated the branching ratio of Bc→J/(?)K decays in the framework of perturbative QCD. In the Standard Model, this decay appears only tree-level contribution, and the branching ratio is about(1-3)x10-4, the large branching ratio is easy to measurement at LHC-b experiment.Studying the non-leptonic decay of B meson is an important task in Particle physics. Any small breakthrough in theory would give rise to widespread concern. In this article, perturbative QCD factorization approach we used taken a huge step in the accurate calculation of hadron matrix element, and we look forward to receiving the test from the experiment.
