In recent years, the facility industry in Hebei Province has developed rapidly, but in the actual production process, after long-term cultivation of facility vegetable fields, the problem of soil quality decline is prominent. In this study, representative facility soils were selected from the top 7 counties and cities of Yongnian,Leting,Suning,Dingzhou,Yongqing,Raoyang and Qingxian in Hebei Province.Through outdoor investigation and indoor analysis, the physical properties, chemical properties and biological characteristics of facility agricultural soils were comprehensively studied to understand the nutrient accumulation of facility vegetable soils in Hebei Province. The status quo and existing problems. And on this basis, pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of different microbial agents on the quality improvement and soil improvement of Artemisia sinensis. In order to provide theoretical basis and technical support for improving the soil quality of protected vegetable fields in Hebei Province. The main results are as follows:1?The results of soil nutrient survey in the main producing areas of planting facilities in Hebei Province show that the soil nutrients in Hebei Province are quite different. With the increase of planting years, soil nutrients show a certain accumulation, with the increase of soil depth and nutrient content.reduce.Among them, soil nutrient phosphorus and potassium soil accumulation phenomena are more prominent. When planting for 1~5 years,0~20cm soil layer, the maximum value of soil nitrate nitrogen appeared in Suning was 98.84mg/kg;the maximum value of ammonium nitrogen appeared in Laoting was 12.85mg/kg;the maximum value of soil available potassium Appeared in Yongqing, reaching 790.00mg/kg;the maximum effective phosphorus was in Dingzhou, which was 513.09mg/kg.When planted for 10 to 15 years, the soil nitrate nitrogen in Dingzhou was 12.13 mg/kg lower than that in other counties and cities, while the ammonium and nitrate nitrogen in Laoting were higher than other counties and cities. The maximum value of Yongqing quick-acting potassium is 900.00mg/kg.The planting period is more than 15 years, and the nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen of Laoting are higher than other counties and cities. The effective phosphorus in Dingzhou is higher than other counties and cities. The effective phosphorus in Yongnian is lower than other counties and cities, and the difference between counties and cities is large.Yongqing County has the highest available potassium content, which is 900.00mg/kg.2?Soil organic matter content ranged from 4.00 g/kg to 35.21 g/kg in protected vegetable fields in Hebei Province. With the increase of planting depth, soil organic matter content decreased, and there were significant differences among different counties and cities.3?The soil bulk density, electrical conductivity and pH value of greenhouse vegetable fields in Hebei Province are different. The soil bulk density of Dingzhou,Yongqing,Suning and Leting did not change significantly with the increase of planting years. The soil bulk density of Yongnian and Raoyang showed an overall upward trend with the increase of planting years. The soil bulk density of Qingxian County decreased gradually. The soil bulk density was the largest at 1.35 g/cm3 in one year of planting;the soil conductivity of Yongnian,Leting and Qingxian was higher than that of other counties and cities;the pH value ranged from 6.60 to 8.42.Soil pH value increased with depth in most sampling sites.4?Soil microbes did not change significantly with the increase of planting years. The contents of soil fungi, bacteria and actinomycetes ranged from 0.53 to 8.87(10~5CFU/g),0.11 to1.57(10~8CFU/g)and 0.35 to1.68(10~7CFU/g),respectively.The microbial content of the topsoil(0~20cm)was slightly higher than that of the lower layer(20~40cm).In the surveyed areas, some farmers actually produced microbial agents(fertilizers)to improve the soil microbial environment.5?Through the pot experiment, using leafy vegetables(Artemisia scoparia)as test materials, the treatment of three single microbial agents and fertilization can effectively reduce the nitrate content of plants, increase the yield of Artemisia selengensis, and promote the effective phosphorus and quick effect of soil. The release of potassium provides the nutrients needed for plant growth.According to various indicators, the combination of B.amyloliquefaciens and fertilizer has the best effect. The above results indicate that the soil of the vegetable field in Hebei Province has been planted for a long time, and the unreasonable fertilization has led to the accumulation of soil nutrient index with different degrees of planting years. It can be seen that the excessive application of fertilization has changed the physical and chemical properties of the soil of the facility vegetable field. In the actual production of the facility industry, the addition of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and fertilizers will significantly improve the soil improvement of the vegetable gardens, improve the quality of the plants, and achieve the goal of increasing production and increasing efficiency, making the facility industry in Hebei Province green and sustainable.
