With the extension of planting time,problems such as hardening,hardening and decreased air permeability appear in greenhouse soil.How to use soil modifier to improve soil air permeability and increase soil nutrient content is an urgent practical problem to be solved.With the development of science and technology,Porous Alpha material has been developed by niaoqu university in Japan through the mixed combustion of waste glass with shell powder or calcium carbonate as a foaming agent.It is a kind of foam glass that has a very Porous cavity,and has the potential to increase soil permeability,clean water quality,etc.At present,it is mainly used for the adsorption of pollutants in wastewater and the clean water source in foreign countries.In order to use it to improve the texture and air permeability of vegetable soil in greenhouses in northern China,we introduced porous alpha and studied the soil improvement in greenhouses.In this study,flowering cabbage and Chinese cabbage were taken as the experimental objects.P03 and P310 porous alpha were mixed with soil in different proportions to study the effects of different porous alpha contents on soil physical and chemical properties,soil microbial community,agronomic characters and yield of flowering cabbage and Chinese cabbage.The main research results are as follows:(1)After the application of porous alpha,the soil bulk density decreased to different degrees compared with the control,the field water holding capacity increased,the saturated water conductivity and porosity increased,significantly improving the content of soil particle size.The more porous alpha applied,the better the water holding effect.When the application ratio of P310 porous alpha was 40%,the best water holding effect was achieved.(2)In the experiment of potted chinese cabbage,the germination rate of chinese cabbage was significantly promoted with the increase of the application ratio of porous alpha.When the application ratio of P03 porous alpha was 20%,the germination rate was the highest,reaching 84%.When the field moisture content was 80%,the improvement effect on soil hardness was the most significant,74.10% lower than the control,and the soil permeability was greatly improved.When the application ratiot of P310 porous alpha was20%,the improvement effect on the root length of Chinese cabbage was the most significant,with an increase of 92.36% compared with the control group.When the field moisture content was 80%,the highest yield was 98 g,with an increase of 68.97% compared with the control group.(3)When P03 porous alpha was 15%,the best soil nutrients,0 to 40 cm soil soil organic matter,available phosphorus and available potassium and ammonium nitrogen content than control increased by 13.35%,42.82%,23.82% and 96.40%,respectively,of significant differences(P<0.05),when P310 porous alpha was 30%,0 to 40 cm soil layer available phosphorus,soil total nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen content than control growth rate were 38.12%,10.75%,40.09%,reached significant difference.The available potassium and ammonium nitrogen increased by 10.85% and 68.00%,respectively.(4)In flowering cabbage experiment,when P03 porous alpha was 15%,the soil water retention,strongest reached 18.12%,field capacity increased by 314.65% than control,saturated hydraulic conductivity increased by 164.28%,the porosity increased by 20.01%,8.04% lower bulk density,soil hardness reduced by 44.16%,increase the soil's ability to retain water,improve the soil permeability,effectively reduce the degree of compaction.The root length,surface area and volume were significantly increased,and the average diameter of root system was 46.94% higher than the control group,and the root activity was 52.63%higher,showing a significant difference(P<0.05).The length and width of the leaves reached the highest,and the yield increased by 89.68%.The application of porous alpha enhanced the root activity and yield of flowering cabbage and significantly improved the growth of flowering cabbage.(5)The absorbance value at 590 nm wavelength is read by Biolog analysis on a microarray.Soil microbial carbon source utilization rate is obtained by calculation,richness and function of the microbial community diversity,using principal component analysis(Biolog ECO-micro tablet 96 h 31 kinds of carbon sources on the substrate utilization,shows that the microbial community the main variation degree of PC1 shaft square up,P03 porous alpha(T3)treatment has the highest soil microbial metabolic characteristic value;Sugars and amino acids were the main carbon sources that differentiated PC1 and PC2.Correlation analysis was conducted between the average color change rate(AWCD value),microbial diversity index(S,H,D,E)and soil chemical indexes after 96 h culture.Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between soil chemical properties and soil microbial diversity index.
