As an important part of the ecosystem, microbial communities play an important role in ecosystem function and process.Desert vegetation is the largest type of vegetation in China, and it is also an important ecological barrier in northwest China.Compared with other ecosystems, the study of soil bacterial communities in desert ecosystems is relatively lagging. We using high-throughput sequencing research the nonrhizosphere siol bacterial community structure, diversity and the correlation of diversity with environmental factors in the non-rhizosphere soil of typical desert vegetation in Qinghai qaidam basin and alashan area of Inner Mongolia. The research results have certain theoretical significance and application value for the bacterial library of extreme environment, ecological adaptation of desert plants, soil condition evaluation and restoration of degraded ecosystem. The main conclusions are as follows:1)All samples were clustered into 9384 operational classification units(OTU)at 97% similarity level, belonging to 51 phylums,148 classes,246 orders,461 families,1051 gernera,730 species. The dominant phylums are Actinobacteria,Proteobacteria,Chloroflexi,Bacteroidetes,Firmicutes.2)The diversity index of varies widely between different sample,shannon-wiener is between 4.41-6.67,Simpson is 0.005-0.032,ACE index is 1137-3820,Chao1 index is 752-3878,most of the sample have no significant difference between the soil samples outside shrub canopy and inside shrub canopy.3)There were significant differences in ?diversity among different samples.LefSe analysis showed that there was no biomarker in QC2,biomarker of AZ1,GS1,QC1,QC5,QC8,QC9 samples is Acidobacteria,Actinobacteria,Chloroflexi,Gemmatimonadetes,Bacteroidetes,Proteobacteria,respectively.4)NMDS showed that vegetation type correlation with bacterial community. There were significant differences in QC7 and AZ2,QC1,QC2 and QC6 in outside the shrub canopy and inside the shrub canopy.5)TC and TN are the main factors that influence the soil bacterial community outside shrub canopies, and pH is the main influencing factor inside shrub canopies.
