Since the 21 st century,the issue of climate report has become the focus of media attention,and the related report on climate change has become a global issue integrating politics,economy,science and ecology.As a central city in central China and the only provincial and megacity in the core cities of the Yangtze river economic belt,as well as an important national industrial base,scientific and educational base and comprehensive transportation hub,Wuhan has an extremely important strategic position and development advantages.Its image of urban environment is widely concerned by the whole country and even the world.Problems caused by climate change,however,such as extreme weather,droughts and floods and other natural disasters,as well as the "heat island effect",has brought the huge losses and received extensive attention of the media,which represented by Sina Weibo social media poking fun at the most prominent of environmental image of Wuhan,and to shape a good image of the urban environment has a huge disturbance.In this study,the content,text and symbols of Sina Weibo's climate change report in Wuhan from 2014 to 2018 were analyzed,so as to explore the different perspectives and influencing factors of different types of media on Wuhan's environmental image building,and to analyze the relevant reporting strategies of climate communication used by different types of media.Under the background of global climate change,this paper focuses on wuhan's response to climate change,Wuhan's climate change and urban environmental image,and USES the theories of climate communication and urban environmental image as theoretical support to sort out the research status of relevant climate communication at home and abroad.The research content and research framework of this paper are explored.The first chapter takes climate communication and urban environment image as the theme,analyzes the shaping and disturbing effect of climate communication on urban environment image,and concludes the role of media in climate communication.Chapter 2 and chapter 3 are the core chapters of this paper.They respectively analyze the number and theme,position and subject,topic and theme of climate reports on Sina Weibo platform in the past five years,and carry out text and symbol analysis from different perspectives of macro and micro.The fourth chapter is a comparative analysis of different environmental images of wuhan createdby different types of media on the basis of the previous research,trying to depict the urban environmental image of Wuhan created by media in the past five years.The last chapter of this paper analyzes the climate communication strategies of different types of media,with the purpose of explaining the close relationship between climate communication and urban environment image building,trying to provide some inspirations for different types of climate communication,and finally playing a role in introducing good urban environment image building.
