In the design of electronic products,with the increase of the main frequency and the increase of the wiring density,there is a large amount of radiation interference between the signals in the PCB of the electronic product,resulting in malfunction of the device or unstable operation.PCB radiation is the primary source of radiation for electronic products.Near-field scanning technology attracts the attention of EMC engineering research field because of its unparalleled advantages such as high measurement accuracy and flexible use.The main work of this paper is to propose a new electromagnetic field probe structure,on the basis of understanding the principle,performance index of electromagnetic field probe and extensively consulting relevant data.Compared with the traditional coplanar waveguide dipole electric field probe antenna and circular magnetic field probe antenna,the proposed electromagnetic field probe based on stripline structure is superior to the traditional coplanar wave conducting magnetic field probe in sensitivity and in-band flatness.It also greatly reduces the size of the electromagnetic field probe,which provides a feasible solution for miniaturization of the electromagnetic field probe.In addition,this paper also designed and implemented the electromagnetic radiation receiver RF module.The radio frequency module of electromagnetic radiation receiver designed in this paper is mainly composed of four parts: frequency selective amplifier module,local frequency synthesizer module,control circuit module and detection storage module.The frequency selective amplifier module mainly includes program-controlled attenuation module,low noise amplifier module and frequency conversion module.The local oscillator frequency synthesis source module mainly realizes the sweep source design of 51.4MHz-3021.4MHz.The control module uses STM32 to control the sweep source and the programmable attenuation module to realize the function of the entire RF module.Finally,the paper completed the processing and testing of the hardware circuit.The results show that the design achieves project indicators and functional requirements.
