Antimony?Sb?is a toxic heavy metal element in the same group as arsenic.With more and more human activities invading into the environment,antimony is harmful to human beings.In this paper,the effects of Sb stress on embryo deformity rate,mortality,hatching rate,LD50,ED50and teratogenic index of zebrafish were studied,and the LD50,catalase?CAT?,of adult zebrafish under Sb stress was studied.Peroxidase?POD?,superoxide dismutase?SOD?,Na K-ATPase enzyme acetylcholinesterase?AchE?,lactate dehydrogenase?LDH?,acid phosphatase ACP),alkaline phosphatase?AKP?,malondialdehyde?MDA?,metallothionein?MT?,DNA damage,in vivo Sb concentration and its Fourier transform infrared spectrum changes,to understand the acute toxicity of Sb to zebrafish,to understand the acute toxicity of Sb to zebrafish.The effects of Sb on normal life activities of zebrafish and its resistance mechanism to antimony stress were analyzed.In order to explore the mechanism of response of human to Sb stress,the acute toxic effect and resistance mechanism of Sb stress in human body were explored in order to compare the acute toxicity effect and resistance mechanism of similar human to Sb stress.The main conclusions obtained in this paper are as follows:?1?The 24 h LD50,48 h LD50,72 h LD50,96 h LD500 of Sb to zebrafish embryos were 2.9267mg/L,2.7577 mg/L,2.2816 mg/L and 1.9638 mg/L.48 h ED50,72 h ED50,96 h ED500 were 2.4603mg/L,1.6552 mg/L and 1.5941 mg/L;48,72 and 96 h teratogenic index were 1.1209,1.3784 and1.2319.Sb stress resulted in autolysis,egg condensation,yolk sac edema,cardiac edema,melanin undeveloped or minimal development,spinal curvature and blood flow in zebrafish embryos,and other malformations or death phenomena,such as autolysis,egg condensation,yolk sac edema,cardial edema,melanin undeveloped or minimal development,spinal curvature and blood flow.It mainly occurred 48 hours after antimony stress.The hatching time of zebrafish embryos was shortened,the abnormal rate and mortality rate of zebrafish embryos were increased,and the growth and development of zebrafish embryos were affected.For zebrafish?Danio rerio?,the 24h LD500 of antimony was 85.74mg/L,the 48h LD500 of antimony was 79.62mg/L,the 72h LD500 of antimony was 71.67mg/L,the 96h LD500 of antimony was 66.32mg/L.?2?With the increase of antimony stress time,the activity of Na+K+-ATPase enzyme,the activity of CAT and the content of MDA in zebrafish decreased first and then increased,and the activities of SOD,POD,AchE,LDH and ACP decreased first,then increased and then decreased.The activity of AKP in zebrafish showed the tendency of decreasing first and then increasing.Suggesting that Sb can affect the above enzymes involved in excitation transmission,energy metabolism,material transport,body growth and immune defense,and other life processes Sb can induce the production of MT,and other biological processes,such as activation,energy metabolism,material transport,body growth and immune defense.Sb could induce the synthesis of MT,and the higher the concentration,the stronger the induction ability,and reached the highest level of 2.9678 mg/g.at 40 mg/L stress for 144 h.?3?With the increase of the concentration of antimony,the content of alcohol and unsaturated lipids in zebra fish increased,the content of protein and so on decreased,and the concentration of antimony increased with the increase of time of antimony stress.The content of alcohol increased first and then decreased,the content of oil and fat decreased,the content of unsaturated fat increased,and the content of protein and other substances decreased and then increased.In clear water,the lipid content of antimony-containing zebrafish decreased and the contents of proteins and carbohydrates increased with the increase of time.?4?The degree of DNA damage of different tissues and cells increased with the increase of Sb stress concentration,and produced genotoxicity to zebrafish.Under the same concentration of antimony stress,the degree of DNA damage of antimony to zebrafish tissues was as follows:Gill filament>brain>muscle.It can be seen that the Gill filaments are the most sensitive to antimony,followed by the brain,and finally the muscles.
