Arbuscular mycorrizal(AM)is the symbiont formed by plants and Arbuscular mycorrizal fungi(AMF).The symbiont supplies root extension mycelia and absorbs soil nutrients through photosynthesis to promote plant growth,which affects the plant-soil ecological process.Litter common nutritional carrier,as the nature is the source of soil nutrients and soil fertility.The study about AM fungi can decompose litter has been reported.It is not clear whether the nutrient utilization of karst habitat plants can maintain plant growth by controlling the decomposition of litter by AM fungi.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the interaction between litter and AM fungi in karst soil on the growth of host plants and soil nutrients to reveal the regulation mechanism of mycorrhizal adaptation in karst natural habitat plant-litter-soil system.In this experiment,we use compartment separation system to construct three factor test of litter and AM fungi and mesh factor.We designed the planting compartment(P-compartment)and the decompose of litter compartment(D-compartment).The planting compartment is planted with Cirtnamomum camphora,and inoculated with Glomus mosseae.The decompose of litter compartment is treated with adding litter.(L~+treatment:add litter to the decompose of litter compartment,L~-treatment:do not add litter to the decompose of litter compartment),between the planting compartment and the decompose of litter compartment is treated with different aperture of mesh(20?m mesh treatment:the roots of isolated plants grow in adjacent compartments,but mycelium can pass,0.45?m mesh treatment:that both the roots of isolated plants and mycelium grow in adjacent compartments).The test determined the quality and the nutrients of litter,the growth and soil matrix traits of Cirtnamomum camphora seedling,the main result is as following:(1)AM fungi make litter quality loss rate up to 71.54%,the nutrient contents of litter,such as N,P and K were different degree of reduced,reducing the most significant of N,P content,carbon content lower significance level has not been achieved,the variance analysis results showed that AM fungi significantly influence the decompose of litter compartment of litter quality,N,P and Kcontent.(2)Inoculating with AM fungi,add litter can raise seedling root infection rate and soil spore density and mycelium density,also improve the Cirtnamomum camphora seedling root,stem and leaf,total biomass and root cap ratio,reduces the Cirtnamomum camphora seedling root length,surface area,diameter,tips and furcation,but AM fungi inoculation treatment increased the Cirtnamomum camphora seedling root length,surface area,tips and furcation,under the condition of AM inoculation,with and without adding litter on the improvement of plant root traits are different.(3)Inoculating with AM fungi,add litter raised the Cirtnamomum camphora seedlings roots,stems and leaves the content of N content,P content,N uptake and P uptake,also increased the leaf consumption of N and P distribution ratio,reduce root P uptake ratio,and also improved the K content of plant roots and leaves,increase root and stem of K uptake,significantly increase the carbon content of the seedlings leaves,plant carbon accumulation also increased;The results of variance analysis showed that the litter had a significant effect on the P uptake of the Cirtnamomum camphora seedling,and that the AM fungi had a significant effect on the N and K uptake of roots,but the interaction between them had no significant effect.(4)Inoculating with AM fungi,add litter increased the contents of TN,AN,AP,AK,organic carbon and organic matter nutrients in the planting compartment soil,and increased the contents of TN,AP and AK in the decompose of litter compartment soil.The content of organic carbon and organic matter in soil can be significantly increased by the treatment with AM fungi alone.In addition,the T-GRSP in the planting compartment and the decompose of litter compartment soil can be significantly increased by the adding of litter and inoculating with AM fungi.The results of variance analysis show that:The litter significantly affected the TN and AN content of the soil in the decompose of litter compartment,the AM fungi significantly affected on the AK,organic carbon,organic matter,EE-GRSP and T-GRSP in the planting compartment,The interaction of the litter and AM fungi had significant effects on TN,AN and AK in the P-compartment soil.Above all:inoculating with AM fungi can make the litter quality,N,P and K content is significantly reduced,in this way,the N,P and K contents in the decompose of litter compartment soil were increased.Inoculating with AM fungi the contents of N,P,K,organic carbon and organic matter in the soil of the plant compartment also increased.The increase of nutrient content in soil promoted the growth and development of the Cirtnamomum camphora seedlings.The N,P content and N,P uptake were increased.The root traits of plant are also improved.
