Motor function is the guarantee of the basic life of human beings.With the increase of the pressure of life,with the number of motor nerve injury disease continues to improve,more and more evidence that different mental disorders and neurological diseases can be seen as a loss of connection and the connection loss syndrome,not only reflected in the connection between specific regions of the brain damage,but also the performance of the whole brain network topology the destruction of the structure.So it is very important to explore the mystery of the brain from the network point of view.In recent years,the development and application of transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)provides a powerful non-invasive technique for the researchers to explore the brain.Combined application of transcranial magnetic stimulation and brain functional network analysis has opened up a new field and a new way for the exploration of the human brain.The magnetic stimulation of the human brain motor cortex and motor related acupoints were stimulated,extraction of EEG signals,using complex network graph theory construction and analysis of the brain functional network of EEG signal based on the data collected,the main contents are as follows:(1)The experiment of measuring the threshold of motion was carried out,and the motion thresholds of different subjects were measured.The magnetic stimulation of the motor cortex and brain electrical signal extraction experiments,the stimulus intensity was110% and 30% motor threshold,the stimulation frequency of 1Hz,stimulate the location for the left hemisphere of the brain stimulation of primary motor area,when the length of1 min.Completion of the magnetic stimulation motor related acupoints and EEG signal extraction experiments,in which the intensity of stimulation was 1.76 T,the stimulation frequency was 1Hz,the target point was the Guangming point,the stimulation length was2 min.(2)Using the theory of complex network based on graph theory completed the construction of brain functional network magnetic stimulation of the brain motor cortex,analyzed different stimulus intensity of brain functional connectivity,and referring to the complex network properties of brain functional networks under different stimulus intensities of parameters were calculated and analyzed statistically.(3)By selecting appropriate threshold and the correlation dimension between the measurement leads completed the construction of brain functional network related acupoint magnetic stimulation of the motor,and belongs to the network of brain functional networks were constructed for magnetic stimulation and mock point from the two part of the global and local properties are analyzed and the statistical parameter calculation.The construction and analysis of brain functional magnetic stimulation of the motor cortex network and movement based on related points,to study the effect of magnetic stimulation on the interaction between the brain areas and the cerebral cortex from the perspective of brain function network will play an important role in revealing the mystery of the brain.
