Sugarcane is a tropical and subtropical crop and an important sugar crop and energy crop.As the sugarcane is asexually propagated,it is usually planted by ratoon, which will degrade the soil. The sugarcane grows slowly in the early stage, the leaf area coefficient is small, and the light energy utilization rate is low, which makes the field easy to grow weeds.Sugarcane ratoon also changes the microbial community structure. Therefore,it is hoped that the previous cultivation method with cauliflower intercropping will improve these problems. In this experiment, sugarcane Funong 41 and cauliflower were used as materials to conduct intercropping tests at the Baisha Test Base in Minhou County,Fuzhou City,Fujian Province. The treatments were:2017.01.10 planting the first phase of cauliflower,2017.01.20 planting the second phase of cauliflower, each phase of cauliflower has three densities: 1000 plant/mu,900 plant/mu and 800 plant/mu.The effects of intercropping of sugarcane at different phase and different densities on cauliflower yield, agronomic traits and yield of sugarcane, utilization of soil nutrients and the microbial community of sugarcane rhizosphere were studied at different stages of sugarcane growth. The main findings are as follows:1.The intercropping treatment had no significant effect on the yield of cauliflower in total biomass production, but had a significant impact on the total economic output: 800 plant/mu in the first phase and 800plant/mu in the second phase were lower than the second phase the density is 1000 plant/mu respectively, and the economic yields of these three treatments are 1.55 t/mu,1.61 t/mu and 1.99 t/mu.Different intercropping treatment had no regular effect on the sugarcane stems diameter. The plant height of sugarcane was increased to a certain extent, and the sucrose content was also increased to a small extent.Compared with the single cropping of sugarcane, the economic benefit of sugarcane/cauliflower intercropping increased, and the economic benefit of three treatments in the second phase was greater than that in the firstphase.2.Compared with tillering stage, the first phase of cauliflower planting treatment decreased the soil pH of sugarcane in harvest phase to a greater extent. There was no significant change in organic matter among treatments. The second phase of cauliflower planting treatment reduced the alkalysable nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in sugarcane harvest stage to a greater extent.3.The high-throughput sequencing results showed that the OTU of the fungi increased compared with the control group, the Shannon index showed an increase in the uniformity of the bacteria, and the Ace index increased in both bacteria and fungi. The abundance of Chloroflexi in the bacteria was higher in the experimental group than in the control group, and the abundance of the Firmicutes in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group;the Ochrophyta in the fungus was The abundance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the abundance of the Chytridiomycota and the Glomeromycota was lower in the experimental group than in the control group. The environmental factor-related heat map showed a significant positive correlation between Mizugakiibacter,Bacillus,Sporosarcina,norank_c_Gemmatimonadetes,and organic matter, total phosphorus, total potassium in bacteria.Fungi in Talaromyces and available phosphorus showed a significant negative correlation.Conductivity and total phosphorus are the main environmental factors affecting the structure of bacterial communities.Total phosphorus and organic matter are the main environmental factors affecting the structure of fungi communities.
