Review Of Research Status Of Oil-producing Yeast:Hospots And Trends

Oil-producing yeast is a kind of oil-producing microorganism capable of producing and accumulating liposomes such as triacylglycerol.It has an important enlightening effect on the increasingly prominent energy and environmental safety issues,and promotes the industrialization process of microbial oil production.With the accumulation of research information on oil-producing yeast,the literature related to oil-producing oil-producing yeast is on the rise.Therefore,it is necessary to sort out a large number of research results,track the research hotspots and frontier dynamics of oil-producing yeast,and deeply reveal the research and development of oil-producing yeast.The trajectory,characteristics and laws enable relevant research scholars to better grasp the research trends and development trends in this field and promote the development of my domestic oil yeast research field.In this paper,the related literatures on oil-producing yeast in Web ofScience from 1991 to 2018 were used for measurement and visualization analysis.The hotspots and trends were identified by extracting hotspot keywords.The results showed that the research on oil-producing yeast was mostly in China,the United States and France.The research institutions in China and France were mainly Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS)and French Academy of Agricultural Sciences(INRA),while the United States was relatively scattered.Source journals mainly use microbial journals such as Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy and Journal Of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy.Chinese scholar Zhao Zongbao(Zhao ZBK)is active in the field of oil-producing yeast research and has the largest number of publications.Since the beginning of research on oleaginous yeast,the focus has been on the breeding of oil-producing strains,the optimization of oil-producing conditions,the selection of oil-producing substrates and the application of oils.In recent years,there have been more and more researches on mixed culture of oleaginous yeast,co-culture with microalgae and industrial application,and it is expected to become the focus and trend of future research.
