Synchrotron radiation source is an important tool for human beings to understand the microcosm.It plays an important role in the research of life,physics,chemistry,medicine and materials.It is a scientific device for universities in the world.The Superconducting Undulator is one of the important devices to improve the performance of the current synchrotron radiation source.The cryostat required for the operation of the superconducting undulator magnet is one of the important contents of the development of the superconducting undulator overall device.In this paper,a cryogenic thermostat of a superconducting undulator model machine is studied in the actual project,and relevant theoretical design analysis is carried out.The main contents include the following aspects:1)Analysis of the cooling heat load of the cryostat.The basic structure,cooling requirements and cooling basic scheme of the cryostat of the superconducting undulator model machine are analyzed.The sources of heat load in each temperature zone are studied.The calculation method of heat load from different sources is established,and 4K,20 K and 60 K are obtained.The heat load in the temperature zone.Some design factors affecting the thermal load of the system were studied,and the cold source of the system was selected.2)Analysis of typical components of cryostats.It mainly includes the design analysis of the three components of the chiller liquid head condenser,the piping system and the vacuum container.The structural characteristics of the secondary cold head condenser of the refrigerator were analyzed.The corresponding design methods and design results were studied.The heat transfer simulation was carried out on the design results.The structure of the pipeline system was analyzed,and the method of checking the pipeline was studied.The low temperature shrinkage and thermal stress of the pipeline were simulated and analyzed.The structural characteristics of the vacuum vessel were analyzed,and the corresponding design method of the main parameters was studied.The force simulation and deformation of the vacuum vessel were simulated.3)Cold quality support design analysis.The structural characteristics and design requirements of the cold mass support system are analyzed.The overall stress analysis model of the cold mass system is established.Through the analytical method and numerical simulation,the force of the support system under various working conditions is obtained.The design method of a single support component was studied,and the heat transfer and mechanical simulation analysis of the design structure of the support component was carried out.The superconducting undulator model cryostat is one of the keys to the successful development of the superconducting undulator model machine.The design research related to the cryostat of the superconducting undulator model machine developed in this paper can provide a theoretical reference for its engineering design.The related design and analysis methods can provide a certain reference for similar cryostats.The development of undulators has certain theoretical value.
