At present,the consumption of fossil fuels is increasing,and the environmental problems are becoming increasingly serious,which seriously affect the quality of life of the people and the country 's economic development.Iron and steel enterprises as an important part of the domestic industrial field need to actively carry out a new type of production mode of environmental protection and economy.As a large number of by-product gas will be produced in the production process of iron and steel enterprises,how to efficiently recover and utilize by-product gas and reduce the emission of gas is of great significance to energy saving and emission reduction of iron and steel enterprises,and to improve the economic benefits of enterprises.Cogeneration is a kind of multi-energy complementary production system of heat energy,electric energy and chemical energy.It makes full use of by-product gas to meet the thermal load and electric load of enterprises.It is flexible,efficient,complementary and clean,and has been widely used in large iron and steel enterprises.In this paper,how to allocate resources to make production not only meet the heat load and electricity load,but also make the lowest production cost and the highest energy efficiency in Cogeneration is studied.At present,in order to meet the thermal load and power load,enterprises often rely on manual experience method to optimize the energy distribution scheduling,although meet the thermoelectric load,but the production cost is higher,the utilization of energy is lower.Considering that if the energy conservation law is used to analyze the efficiency of energy utilization,the quantitative relationship of energy can only be evaluated,but the quality relationship of energy can not be evaluated,this paper adopts the method of exergy analysis to evaluate the utilization of energy.In order to solve the problem that the intelligent optimization algorithm has higher requirements on the specific parameters of the model,but also ignores the mutual restriction between the production equipment,In this paper,a comprehensive model of cogeneration is established,and the depth-first search method is adopted in the optimization process,which is based on the historical real value of the production process of iron and steel enterprises to ensure the feasibility and authenticity of the scheduling scheme.The experiment proves that the scheduling scheme based on depth-first search can reduce the production cost and improve the efficiency of energy utilization compared with the manual scheduling scheme.In addition,combined with theactual needs of iron and steel enterprises,this paper designs and develops a set of thermal power optimal dispatching system software.The system can real-time view the operation status of the thermoelectric system,change the constraints and operating parameters of the thermoelectric system,and provide the optimal scheduling scheme of Cogeneration.At present,the system has been tested in a large iron and steel enterprise in our country,which can provide scientific guidance scheme for energy distribution of cogeneration and help operators to make scheduling decision.
