| Accurate measurement of the attitude of the aircraft model is one of the most critical basic technologies in the wind tunnel measurement and control system.It is possible to obtain the attitude information of each degree through the accurate measurement of the attitude of the aircraft model.It is one of the important techniques for analyzing the aerodynamic performance of the aircraft.However,the traditional attitude test system has been difficult to meet the new requirements of wind tunnel testing due to its large size and high cost.According to the requirements of the design,this thesis studies and designs a miniaturized attitude test system for aircraft model.The system can collect the information of the inertial sensor and perform related attitude calculation based on the collected data.And it has the characteristics of miniaturization,high precision,etc.What’s more,it has practical significance and engineering value.Firstly,the research background and development status at home and abroad are introduced.And then the overall design scheme is formulated according to the design requirements and indicators of the attitude measurement system.In this thesis,the system is divided into several modules.And the design method and implementation process of each module are introduced separately.The content of this paper is as follows:1.The overall design of attitude measurement system.The overall hardware scheme,software scheme,system installation and temperature control system structure,as well as attitude calculation algorithm scheme are designed.These functional modules constitute a complete system,which achieves the functions of signal acquisition,processing and final attitude calculation.2.Software design of attitude test system.Complete the design of the lower computer software,including analog data acquisition program,digital data acquisition program;completed the software of the upper computer,including user login,system initialization,parameter setting,data transmission,data display,result saving and management,etc.3.The attitude algorithm is studied,and the attitude algorithm suitable for static environment is designed.The design process of the static attitude algorithm is discussed in detail.4.The overall performance of the system and the software function modules are tested and verified respectively.The test results show that the angle measurement accuracy of quartz accelerometer in static environment can be less than 0.02 degrees,the accuracy of pitch angle and roll angle calculation meets the requirements,and the software functional modules work normally.The attitude test system has passed the acceptance of customers successfully.The acceptance results show that all the indexes of the attitude test system can meet the design requirements. |
