Intensive crop rotation time was limited in solar greenhouses,it is easy to cause crop-borne diseases and root-knot nematode disease under the continuous planting of single or close crops, which seriously affects the yield and quality of crops.Chemical soil fumigant for soil disinfestation is the most commonly used method to control soil-borne diseases. However, with the concern about the environmental and health problems brought chemical soil fumigants, seeking soil disinfestation methods relatively environmentally friendly has become a hot spots for researchers. To this end, this paper combines culture experiment and field experiment to study the effects of anaerobic soil disinfestation was used to add chicken manure, brassica juncea straw, wheat straw and other amendments on soil properties and microbial community in the greenhouse. In order to clarify the effect of anaerobic soil disinfestation of different amendments and provides a scientific basis for soil disinfestation in solar greenhouses:The main results of this study showed that:1.The results of culture experiment and field experiment showed:compared with that before treatment, all treatments decreased significantly soil oxidation reduction potential?ORP?,the soil ORP of the chicken manure treatment and brassica juncea straw treatment were significantly lower than other treatments, and the reduction of ORP of in the only irrigation treatment was limited, indicating that only irrigation failed to form a sufficient anaerobic environment. The effects of soil EC and pH on culture experiment and field experiment were different, the amendments added treatments decreased significantly soil EC and increased significantly the soil pH value in the culture experiment;chicken manure treatment significantly increased soil EC and decreased significantly soil pH in the field experiment;and compared with that before treatment, amendments added treatments increased significantly soil NH4+-N and except chicken manure+wheat straw treatment, other treatments decreased significantly soil NO3--N in the culture and field experiment, indicating anaerobic disinfestation has a removal effect on soil NO3--N.In addition, the results of field experiment showed that the soil temperature range of different treatments ranged from 2945°C,and the soil temperature of the chicken manure+wheat straw treatment was the highest.2.The results of culture experiment showed:compared with that before treatment, the uniformity and richness of bacterial community significantly decreased in the chicken manure and brassica juncea straw treatments, chicken manure treatment and all treatments significantly decreased the uniformity and richness of the fungal community;moreover, amendments added treatments decreased the relative abundance of pathogenic genus-Monographella,Acremonium,Fusariumandtherelativeabundanceof pathogens-Monographella was decreased significantly;the relative abundance of the beneficial genera-Lysobacter and Bryobacter was increased significantly in the chicken manure treatment, and the relative abundance of the beneficial genera-Podospora was significantly increased in the brassica juncea straw treatment and chicken manure+wheat straw treatment.3.The results of field experiment showed that:compared with that before treatment,BJS-f treatment decreased significantly the bacterial community richness, amendments added treatments decreased significantly the uniformity of the fungal community, and only irrigation, brassica juncea straw treatment decreased significantly the richness of funal community. Moreover, the abundance of pathogens-Acremonium and Fusarium was significantly in the amendments added treatments significantly, and the relative abundance of beneficial genera-Bryobacter was increased in the brassica juncea straw treament.Compared with only irrigation treatment?CK?,amendments added treatments increased significantly the yield of tomato, the yield of brassica juncea straw treatment was the highest, and the disease incidence of amendments added treatments decreased by 1326%.Correlation analysis showed that the disease incidence was significantly positively correlated with the relative abundance of pathogenic genus-Acremonium and Monographella.4.Considering soil physical, chemical, microbial properties changes and tomato yield and disease incidence, brassica juncea straw as an organic carbon source, had more positively effects of disinfestation, not only increased its decomposition, but also it also has the effect of reducing salt and improved soil properties.
