All kinds of manufacturing resources and manufacturing capacity are virtualized and encapsulated to achieve full sharing,free trade circulation,and on-demand using in the form of manufacturing services in service-oriented manufacturing system.Manufacturing services are large,diverse and dynamic.It is very difficult to manage different types of manufacturing equipment services.At present,the research on manufacturing services mainly focuses on digital description and modeling,and less research on manufacturing services network mainly focus on single level of services combination network,and lack of research on multilayer manufacturing service network.To solve above problems,the text studies the manufacturing equipment services,and combines with complex network theory to build a manufacturing equipment service network model,and analyzes the dynamic evolution of manufacturing equipment service network.The main works are as follows:(1)A modeling method of manufacturing equipment service based on complex network is proposed.The manufacturing capability of different manufacturing equipment services is different.Manufacturing equipment services are divided into different types,including production line level,unit level and equipment level.A formal description of different types of manufacturing services is described,and the relationship between different granularity manufacturing services is analyzed.Manufacturing equipment services association network has complex network performance characteristic.Based on the relevant theory of complex network,a weighted directed manufacturing service network model is constructed.(2)The dynamic evolution process of manufacturing equipment service network is analyzed.The evolution mechanism of the manufacturing equipment services network is analyzed based on the evolution mechanism of the weighted network BBV model.On this basis,the evolution process of the manufacturing equipment service network is analyzed and the evolution algorithm of the network is proposed.Through theoretical analysis and the network model simulation analysis,the evolution characteristics of the network were analyzed,and it is concluded that the network strength and the degree of node distribution are consistent with the power-law distribution,which verify that the network is a scale-free network.The key nodes in the scale-free network are related to the reliability and stability of the whole network.The actual attributes of manufacturing equipment service and the network statistics characteristic parameters of service nodes are comprehensively analyzed,and the importance analysis method of manufacturing equipment service nodes is proposed based on the TOPSIS decision model to sort the importance of nodes in the manufacturing equipment service network.(3)A manufacturing equipment services information management system is designed and developed.The modeling method of manufacturing equipment service network is applied to the manufacturing equipment service information management system.The system realizes the function of classification registration,information management,network structure display and characteristic analysis of manufacturing equipment services.Verify the feasibility of the modeling method of manufacturing equipment services based on complex network,and realize effective management of manufacturing equipment services.
