Analysis Of Node Importance In Complex Social Networks

Along with the social development and progress of science and technology, many application ares present complex network characteristics. The key node in the complex network plays a vital role. So evaluating the importance of the node is necessary in complex networks,which has important theoretical and pratical value.For many years,there have been many researchers focused on this application area and have made great achievements. This paper studies the importance evaluation index of the network node based on the undirected and unweighted network and directed-weighted network. The remain parts of the paper are organized as follows:First, this paper describes the theory of the complex network, summarizes the basic structure content and the statistical properties of complex network.Also introduces the evaluation methods and some commonly used indicators to assess the importance of the node, compare and analyze its difference.Secondly, for the undirected and unweighted network, a new node evaluation index based on the information between nodes is proposed, through experiments and contrast to the common node index, this method can accurately analyze the difference of importance between the nodes.Third, for the lack of BA model, I introduce the PageRank indicators based on the BA model to measure the importance of node, the theoretical analysis and simulation results show that this model is more realistic.Fourth, an algorithm is proposed based on improved PageRank algorithm -Noderank, the evaluation index takes into account direction and value of the network structure, and I set an example to describe the execution of the algorithm in detail.
