Transcranial alternating current stimulation(t ACS)is a kind of non-invasive brain electrical stimulation technology by applying weak current on the scalp and influence brain activity, many studies suggest that transcranial alternating current stimulation can modulate the spontaneous electrical activity of the brain, and affect the perception and cognition function of brain such as motor, memory, learning.Mental rotation is an important scaleplate to measure brain spatial cognitive ability, and the ability of mental rotation represents the strength of spatial cognition to a certain extent. Some studies had showed that the transcranial direct current stimulation can enhance the mental rotation ability, triggering the conjecture that if the transcranial alternating current stimulation can also enhance the mental rotation ability. The research used the alpha rhythm t ACS,using mental rotation paradigm, from three aspects containing behavioral statistical analysis, electrophysiological parameters, and brain functional network,to analyze the experiment data per and post transcranial alternating current stimulation. In order to explore the influence of t ACS on the spatial cognitive ability of the brain, the main contents of this paper are:1? The behavioral experiment data were statistically analyzed, the reaction time of three stimulation group containing alpha, beta, theta rhythm were compared, the period before and after t ACS were compared, and made comparison between the stimulation group and control group. The result showed that alpha rhythm t ACS can reduce the reaction time and improve the reaction ability of the subjects.2? According to the results of behavioral experiments,EEG data before and after the alpha rhythm t ACS were analyzed, compared ERP and ERSP of the data between the stimulation group and the control group. The results indicated the amplitude of RRN in each angle of stimulation group was smaller than that of the control group, and the ERD phenomenon of stimulation group was weaker than control group.3? The experimental data under different conditions, using Pearson correlation coefficient method and Phase synchronization method to construct brain functional networks, and calculate the average clustering coefficient, average degree of network, the average path length of three kinds of network parameters.Statistical results of the three kinds of network parameters under different conditions showed that there is no significant change in the three network parameters before and after stimulation, suggesting that the electric stimulation has no significant impact on the global properties of the network. In this study, combined with the analysis of electrophysiological parameters and brain function network analysis, not only can make the analysis more comprehensive, but also more deeply on exploring the influence of transcranial alternating current stimulation on the spatial cognition of the brain. This study can provide some reference on exploring the effects of transcranial alternating current stimulation on the brain's cognitive function, and the mechanism of transcranial alternating current stimulation.
