Recent years there are a variety of possible Faster-Than-Light(hereinafter abbreviated as “FTL”)physical phenomena which have caused extensive concern.It is generally believed that matter is not beyond the speed of light.There is plenty of room for discussion about the subject that there may be any possible matter over the speed of light.If the necessary condition is not existent,matter won't be faster than light.This paper uses calculus to construct a general inertial reference system.By using this system,we derivate a general coordinate transformation from stationary reference frame to moving reference frame based on principle of relativity and the principle of the constancy of the speed of light,theoretical analyzing the speed of moving reference frame affecting various mechanical behaviors,such as length behavior,time behavior,speed addition behavior and material behavior.Based on the general coordinate transformation we derivate the transformation about coordinate,speed and mass.The conclusions are in agreement with the calculation results by Lorentz transformation.In this paper,it is also assumed that if there is a moving reference system faster than light,what the condition which can make it happen is,what the basis supporting the condition is.In other words,if the basis is not exist,there won't be any possible that matter could be faster than light.With the assumption,this paper derive how the speed of moving reference affects length behavior,time behavior,speed addition behavior and material behavior.The main results and conclusions include:1.Establishing two Cartesian coordinate system to construct a general inertial reference system,which can analyze arbitrary uniform motion.2.Under the condition of slower than light,the transformation between reference system is analyzed,and same as the Lorentz transformation.3.Under the condition of faster than light,the transformation between reference system is analyzed.Results show if there is a reference system,which moves faster than light,the direction of light will be opposite between two systems.If light can't move in opposite directions between two systems,the faster-than-light system will not exist.4.In this paper,the theoretical analysis is based on the inertial reference system,so the content of the research is not applicable to the category of general relativity.The movement of reference system must be uniform linear motion.In the future work,there is need to understand and master general principle of relativity,constructing a new general reference system and derive related mechanic behaviors.
