From 2015 to 2018,on the diversity of Eulipotyphla species in western and southern mountain area of Anhui Province was surveyed.A total of 65 samples of Eulipotyphla were collected by laying trap buckets and clips.Species identification by morphological methods and molecular phylogenetic methods based on the mitochondrial gene Cyt b as a molecular marker.Among them,52 samples are known species,it has been identified and consists of 3 families,5 genus and 6 species: Erinaceus amurensis,Crocidura shantungensis,Crocidura attenuata,Chimarrogale himalayica,Mogera insularis,Chodsigoa hypsibia(this species was a new distribution record of Anhui province).Among the above 6 species, the number of C.attenuata were largest,50.77% of the total number of samples;the number of C.himalayica was the least, only one sample;C.attenuata were common species in western and southern mountainous areas of Anhui Province. In addition,13 samples were identified as three new species: Crocidura anhuiensis,Crocidura huangshanensis,Uropsilus dabieshanensis. The identification work of the new species as follows:(1)The identification for 6 specimens collected from Mount Huangshan, found these was a medium-sized Crocidura(white-toothed shrew),the morphological characteristics different from other Crocidura.Phylogenetic trees based on Cyt b sequence of Chinese Crocidura showed these six individuals were combined into a single line branch, the sister species is C.wuchihensis;the genetic distance between 6 individuals was 0.001-0.004,and the genetic distance with C.wuchihensis was 13.0%-13.3%.Based on the above evidence,we confirmed these individuals was a new species of Crocidura, named Crocidura anhuiensis sp.nov..(2)The identification for other 5 specimens collected from Huangshan area, found these was a small-sized white-toothed shrew, similar to C.shantungensis, but the tail of C.shantungensis was shorter. The phylogenetic tree based on Cyt b gene shows that these five individuals were grouped together and combined into a single single line branch;the genetic distance between 5 individuals is 0.006-0.01,the genetic distance was shown to be the most recent to C.rapax(11.0-13.3%).Based on the above evidence,we confirmed these individuals also was a new species of Crocidura, named Crocidura huangshanensis sp.nov..(3)The identification for the 2 specimens collected from the Dabie Mountains, found it was a medium-sized shrew mole, the coat color and the dental formula was different from other other Uropsilus. The phylogenetic tree based on Cyt b gene show that the two samples were clustered together, the sister species was U.soricipes;the genetic distance between 2 individuals was 0.005,the genetic distance was shown to be the most recent to U.soricipes(11.2-11.3%).Based on the above morphological analysis and systematic analysis,we confirmed these individuals was a new species of Uropsilus, named Uropsilus dabieshanensis sp.nov..
