Abstract/Summary:
Three-dimensional scanning technology is a newly developed technology,which combines photoelectric technology,graphics processing technology and computer technology,and is an important direction in the development of computer vision.The 3D scanning technology mainly uses the collected two-dimensional image data to extract the 3D information from image of the measured object,and then reconstructs the surface contour of the object.Among many methods of 3D scanning,the line laser 3D scanning method can reconstruct the target object without touching it.It has the advantages of fast speed,high precision and wide applicability and become a hot spot in the research of 3D reconstruction.This paper designs and implements a high-precision,portable and low-cost 3D scanning system,which can provide users with simple,convenient 3D scanning operation and intuitive and realistic three-dimensional model interface display.The basic process can be described as: fixing the camera on the scanner,rotating the turntable of the device,letting the camera take the image of the calibration plate from different angles and positions,calculating the internal and external parameters of the camera with fixed position by Zhang Zhengyou method,determining the transformation matrix equation,and obtaining the light bar at different positions and angles by rotating the object.The transformation matrix is used to process the positions of different points on the front and back images to get the 3D point cloud information of the measured points.Finally,the 3D point cloud information is serialized to form a fragment,and the fragment is smoothly spliced according to the serial number to restore the 3d model of the target object.After acquiring the physical 3D model,the data of the model are analyzed and it uses OpenGL technology to complete a realistic 3D visualization display on the iPhone phone.The design and development of the line laser 3D scanning system on the iPhone has been completed.Through testing and practical operation,the application program runs steadily,and can accurately reconstruct the 3D model of the target object,which meets the predetermined design requirements.My company has been accepted and it has been released in the Apple App Store.
