With the rapid development of human society,biodiversity is inevitably subjected to the impact of modern development and is facing unprecedented threats.As far as the current state of biodiversity is concerned,whether at home or abroad,The state of biodiversity is not optimistic.Genetic,species and genetic diversity,which cannot be reproduced,is disappearing into the dust of history at an unheard-of rate.The conservation of biodiversity is imminent,the whole world has launched a large area of action,China has also accelerated the process of ecological civilization construction,the audit system based on environmental audit of biodiversity conservation work is also ecological.Sustainability contributes to its own power,and the contribution of audit systems to the conservation of ecology and biodiversity can not be ignored for the time being.Based on the practical experience of biodiversity audit at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the experience of biodiversity audit in different periods,summarizes the development course of biodiversity audit,and puts forward some inspiration and reference for carrying out biodiversity audit in the future.Because of the particularity of biodiversity audit,the traditional audit method is not suitable in practice,so it is necessary to explore a new method which can accurately describe the change of biodiversity.After taking fully into account the relationship between landscape pattern index and biodiversity,this paper attempts to explore a new method of biodiversity audit,and introduces a variety of models in landscape ecology related to landscape pattern and biodiversity.By comparing and selecting from many kinds of models,we can select the biological diversity test with strong indication,simple operation and accurate results.Counting method.Two large platform software,remote sensing image processing platform(ENVI)and desktop geographic information system analysis tool(ArcGIS),were used to process satellite image images to obtain landscape classification map,and landscape pattern analysis software(Fragstats)was used to calculate various landscape indices.The results are as follows:Comparing the 3-year images of three towns in H area,it is found that the data fluctuation is not obvious,and the land type of one-year interval is not much changed.Therefore,the method should use the samples with longer interval years in order to draw a more objective conclusion.The land use image map of 2018 was used to analyze the data.The landscape pattern index of H area from 1998 to 2018 was in a good situation and continued to rise,and the degree of habitat fragmentation was reduced,which proved that the conservation of biodiversity had achieved some success.The reason behind this data may be that the H area is located in the suburbs of a central city,and that some people migrate to the middle because of the urbanization effect.In the heart of China,the landscape diversity index increased obviously and the species diversity tended to be rich due to the decrease of population and the improvement of people's consciousness of biodiversity conservation in recent years.This paper summarizes the present situation of biodiversity audit,and points out that biodiversity audit needs a new audit technology to track the change of biodiversity.According to this demand,a new technical method which can be applied to biodiversity audit is explored,and its applicable scope and attention are pointed out,which provides reference and guidance for the development of biodiversity audit.
