The manufacturing level of large-scale equipment is one of standards for measuring the manufacturing capacity of the country.Large-scale products put forward higher requirements for the refinement of manufacturing,the complication of product design and the high standardization of installation and debugging accuracy.In the field of aerospace design and manufacturing,efficient and accurate measurement of 3D geometric information of large components spanning more than ten meters is often required.In order to realize the three-dimensional digital measurement of large-scale products,this paper has carried out research on industrial photogrammetry technology for large-scale products.The main research contents include:1.The theoretical basis and technical framework of industrial photogrammetry technology is systematically expounded.The technical framework of industrial photogrammetry includes single camera imaging model,feature extraction and matching,two-view geometry solving and multi-view geometry solving.The two-view geometry solution includes the establishment of two-view geometry and trigonometric geometry reconstruction.The multi-view geometry solution is divided into image pose solution and beam method adjustment.2.In this paper,a coded point recognition algorithm based on sub-pixel edge is designed.Aiming at the problem of repetitive use of coded points,the unique identification method of repeated coded points is designed from the perspective of planning shooting strategy and establishing the dependence relationship of coded points.Combining the epipolar constraint of three-view geometry,a fast and stable matching algorithm for non-coded points is studied.3.In order to obtain the scale information in photogrammetry,the scale recovery method based on multiple scale bars is studied.The factors affecting the accuracy of industrial photogrammetry are discussed in detail.The accuracy of the industrial photogrammetric system developed in this paper is evaluated from three aspects: repetitive measurement,length measurement of scale bars and contrast measurement.4.A set of industrial photogrammetry software system MVIPS is developed based on OpenMVG platform.The measurement accuracy and efficiency of the MVIPS system are verified by experiments.
