In recent years,disasters occurrs frequently,and with the development of our country's urbanization,the security of the city becomes an important problem.Among varies disasters,earthquake is the most destructive one,and the disaster shelter plays a significant role in earthquake.The buffer model used in traditional planning can not consider the traffic accessibility,which can not reflect the reality.This research will give the evaluation method for disaster shelter based on the road network accessibility which is more reasonable.And the new site location problem will be solved by the classical location model and genetic algorithm.Besides disaster shelter,the evacuation plan is also important.The evacuation plan consists many task,from the building inside to the city region.This research first combines the BIM with evacuation model,making the evacuation modeling more convenient and accurate,and also expanding the application of BIM.Then the research focus on the macroscopic model,and builds a network model of the disaster shelter evacuation,transforming the real problem to a network model which can be solved by the classical theory.As for the macro-microscopic model,this paper researched the different situation and index,summarized some regulation,and proposed the index model for the future use.
