Emited spectra contains some direct information on the physical-chemistry properties of matter,so it can be applied to measure the transient variations of tempterature of metal in the process of metal solidation based on the radiation intensity change. Therefore,it is a potentially approach for metal manufacturing.Spectrum, which is from the tranistions of atoms and molecues, provides viatal data for investigate atom-molecule structure, movement status of particles, mechnisem of molecular bonding and dissociation etc.In the thesis, the properties of Cu alloy and CN radical were studied based on theoretical and experimental spectra. In the thesis,an apperatuts for real-time measuring the solid-liquid phase transistion was developed using Lab VIEW virtual instrument based on black-body radiation principle, and it was used to detect the temperature of liquid Cu ally as example. The spectral signal of spectrometer is transformed to PC for further processing and analysis. The temperature of phase transistion is obtained through least-square fitting the the spectral curves, which is not solved by built-in SOLIS software. It shows that the duration of acquisition is 0.25 s and it is caplebale for in-situ measuring the temperature of Cu alloy phase transition. Therefore, the method is with wide applications in the metal manufacturing. In the investigation of CN emission spectra, the ab initio was employed to calculate the CN radical. The low-lying excited states potential curves of CN?X2?+,A2?and B2?+?with nuculear distance from 0.06 to 0.7 nm were obtained.Through solving the one-demonsion Schrodinger equations, the ro-vibrational constants among these electronic states including Franck-Condon factors are basically in agreement with the experimental ones.Meanwhile, transiment dipole moments between A2?-X2?+were caculated, then the lifetimes of five lowest vibrational levels and oscilation strength f00were derved, which provides usful information for combustion kineticskinetics. In exprements,LIBS?laser induced breakdown spectrosocpy?is implemented to breakdown solid graphite to plasama in the air,and records the spectrum of B2?+-X2?+???=0?of CN generated by LIBS.The intensities of vibrational spectra is relavent to the temporal measurement, power of pulse laser and focused positions. It dementrated that the optimum signals for 0-0,1-1 and2-2 bands were observed at delay time?5?s,pulse duration?143?s,pulse energy?50 m J,the focal point under 10 mm of sample. In addition, the rotational and vibrational temperatures were acquired through further analyzing the spectra.
