Policy Research On The Exploitation And Utilization Of Tourism Resources In Xinjiang

Tourism is a strategic pillar industry of the national economy and plays a positive role in promoting economic development,improving people's livelihood and improving the quality of life of the people.In order to improve the policy of tourism resource development and utilization,the Xinjiang Autonomous Region Government has also vigorously promoted the construction of a strong tourism economy and comprehensively optimized various policies for the development and utilization of tourism resources.With the goal of striving to build an important tourist destination in the world,it has sounded the rushing horn of the tourism industry in the region.The development and utilization of tourism resources,as the basis for the development of the entire tourism industry,determines the scale and level of development of the entire industrial chain.The policy of tourism resource development and utilization provides a guarantee for resource development and utilization activities.In recent years,the Xinjiang Autonomous Region has adhered to a multi-pronged approach and multiple measures,and the formulation and improvement of tourism resources development and utilization policies in the region has been at the forefront.However,with the development of the new situation and the increasing demand of tourists,policy development has also exposed many problems.To this end,this paper uses the public policy theory and stakeholder theory in public management,and uses literature research,data comparison and other research methods to conduct a comprehensive systematic study on the development and utilization policies of tourism resources in Xinjiang.In the process of research,this paper first introduces the tourism resources and development and utilization policies of Xinjiang Autonomous Region,and deeply analyzes the defects and causes of the existing policies for the development and utilization of tourism resources.Finally,it puts forward the basic principles for improving the development and utilization of tourism resources policy in the whole region.The research in this paper concludes that the government should adhere to the principles of government leadership,benefit coordination,highlighting the theme,and highlighting characteristics in the development and utilization of tourism resources.It isbelieved that all levels of government in the region should improve planning,supporting facilities,finance,taxation and talents in the development and utilization of tourism resources.The policy of other aspects,in order to truly transform the advantages of tourism resources in the region into economic advantages,and further promote the rapid development and upgrading of the region's economy.
