Research On Technical Efficiency Evaluation Of China's Thermal Power Listed Companies

Based on the analysis of the upstream and downstream industrial chain of China's thermal power industry,this paper finds that the upstream of thermal power enterprises faces the price increase of coal price,and the downstream is oppressed by the two monopoly stateowned enterprises of State Grid and China Southern Power Grid.The operating efficiency is underground,and thermal power enterprises are the mainstay of power generation.Because the cause of heavy pollution is particularly constrained,in view of the different social considerations of supply-side reform and monopoly of power grid enterprises,it is an inevitable choice to explore the efficiency level of thermal power enterprises themselves.Based on the micro level,this paper takes the production and operation data of 30 thermal power listed companies in China as a sample in 2011-2017,adopts the method of entropy weight method and stepwise regression screening indicators,and measures the provincial level of China through DEA-Tobit model and SFA model.The impact of regional environmental factors on the technical efficiency of local thermal power enterprises,and through the analysis of the results of the two models to verify and verify,the main research found that the local labor quality has a significant impact on the technical efficiency is very significant and flexible,downstream industries The demand situation is more positively affected,and the local government's pollution treatment investment does not affect the technical efficiency of thermal power enterprises.Based on the empirical test,the paper analyzes the implementation effects of previous policies that have a major impact on the thermal power industry.It is found that the previous policies are mainly implemented from the perspective of the industry as a whole.These policies have redistributed the benefits to varying degrees.The obstacle is very big.According to the empirical results of this paper,it is proposed that at the micro level,local governments should formulate policies according to local conditions,and propose that local governments should introduce more industrial enterprises,attach importance to real GDP,introduce more policies to introduce talents,and deal with environmental pollution while improving the attributes of state-owned enterprises.Suggest.
