China has a vast territory and diverse landforms, with a large area of mountainous areas. The geological and ecological environment of mountainous areas are relatively fragile. With the continuous and rapid development of mountainous economic construction, human engineering activities are increasingly damaging to the geological and ecological environment of mountainous areas. Therefore, geological disasters such as collapse, landslides, and mudslides occur frequently. In the treatment of such geological disasters, selecting one of the most economical and reasonable treatment programs can effectively save resources and promote China's economic construction. This paper takes the Shuimowan landslide as the research object, studies its regional geological environment, analyzes the causes of the landslide, and determines the stability coefficient of the landslide by means of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation.Three different kinds of landslides are proposed for the treatment of the landslide.Governance plan.On the basis of this, the three governance schemes are optimized by the AOWEA operator optimization model and the hierarchical-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation optimization model. The details are as follows:(1)The geological overview of the Shuimowan area is introduced. The morphological characteristics and deformation characteristics of the Shuimowan landslide are described. The causes of the Shuimowan landslide are analyzed.(2)The stability of Shuimowan landslide was calculated by qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation. The calculation results show that the Shuimowan landslide is in an unstable state under natural conditions.(3)Using the ABAQUS numerical simulation software to simulate the Shuimowan landslide, the stability of the simulation results is in good agreement with the quantitative calculation results.(4)Three different treatment schemes are proposed for the current situation of Shuimowan landslide. The optimal scheme is obtained by optimizing the three treatment schemes through AOWEA operator model and hierarchical-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.
