In recent years,fiber lasers have accounted for nearly 50% of the global industrial laser market due to their excellent comprehensive performance.In the domestic market,foreign fiber lasers account for the majority of the shares.In order to achieve higher localization rate and diversify the functions of lasers,it is necessary to study and design the electronic control system of fiber lasers.When the fiber laser is working,the electronic control system is equivalent to the brain,and its excellent performance will determine the reliability and stability of the laser system.The first part of this thesis introduces the development status of fiber laser at home and abroad,analyzes the difference between the control cores of laser electronic control systems of different manufacturers,and proposes the overall scheme of dual core embedded control system based on ARM+FPGA.The second part is mainly the hardware circuit part design of the electronic control system.The hardware circuit mainly includes FPGA minimum system,ARM minimum system,temperature detection module,optical detection module,ADC acquisition circuit,DAC power control circuit,Ethernet communication module,serial port RS232 communication module and anti-interference design of hardware circuit.In the design process of the hardware circuit,the parameter requirements of various ICs are also analyzed.The third part is the system software design based on the previous hardware circuit design,which mainly includes the following four categories: ARM programming based on C language development,FPGA programming based on Verilog HDL language development,PC software program design based on C# language development,and the transplantation and building of the FreeRTOS real-time operating system.The last part is the functional test,summary and outlook of this design.Successfully tested the Ethernet connection to the WAN and uploaded information such as laser temperature and humidity to the cloud server.It also tested the period and duty cycle variable PWM signals used to control the power voltage and achieved the fastest rise time of 4ns pulse output.
