With the depletion of traditional energy sources,it is very important to find a new type of energy.As a new type of energy source,wave energy has the characteristics of large reserves,recyclability and pollution-free,and has become the focus of research.The wave energy collecting device is divided into various types,and the point absorption type collecting device has the advantages of high conversion efficiency,small construction difficulty,low investment cost,and no influence on the wave direction,and thus has been widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad.The survey found that the existing wave energy collection devices are mostly large in size and suitable for powering high-power devices.For devices with less power consumption such as marine buoys,the existing collection devices are no longer suitable,on the one hand because of energy spillage,and on the other hand because the device is bulky and does not fit well with small devices.A miniaturized electromagnetic energy collection device based on point absorption structure is presented in this paper,and studies it from two aspects of principle and simulation.Finally,it is designed into a sample and tested.The research content of this paper is mainly divided into the following aspects: Under the linear wave theory,the oscillation float is modeled and simulated by COMSOL software.By studying its motion state,it is found that its motion is a low-frequency and high-amplitude motion.Combine various energy harvesting techniques and ultimately use electromagnetic as the basis for energy harvesting;In order to improve the output power and combine the characteristics of low frequency and high amplitude of the oscillating float,the frequency conversion technology is adopted;The magnet on the spring is periodically impacted by the non-magnetic ball,thus the low frequency motion of the oscillating float is converted into the high frequency motion of the magnet.Minimize the loss of output power by designing and optimizing magnets,springs and coils.The feasibility of the device is proved by the study of the principle and simulation.Then,according to the optimized design parameters,a simple prototype was designed and processed.The performance of the prototype was tested under conditions of external vibration simulating waves.At a frequency of 1 Hz and an amplitude of 0.5 m,the peak-to-peak value of the output voltage of the energy harvesting device is approximately 760 mV,the maximum value of the instantaneous output power is approximately 1.95 mW,and the capacitor is charged.It is proved that this point absorption energy harvesting device can play a certain role insmall-volume devices,and has certain application prospects in wave energy collection.
