As a new type of renewable clean energy,wave energy is one of them.It not only has abundant reserves,but also has a wide application prospect.With the development of wave energy in the world,various forms of wave energy conversion devices have been developed to date,and are widely used in power generation and desalination scenarios.Among these wave energy conversion devices,the characteristics of the oscillating float type wave energy conversion device,such as small structure,flexible arrangement,high efficiency,and convenient application,have attracted attention of various countries.In order to utilize and develop the wave energy resources in the sea area more efficiently,it is necessary to analyze the operational characteristics of the wave energy conversion device array of the optimal float structure arranged in the sea area,in order to achieve the maximum wave energy conversion efficiency within the same sea area.Therefore,the wave energy conversion characteristics of the arrayed cantilevered oscillating float wave energy conversion device are of great significance for the development and utilization of wave energy.In this paper,the numerical simulation method is used to explore the operating characteristics of the single-float wave energy conversion device and the operating characteristics of the array float wave energy conversion device.This paper first introduces the theory of micro-amplitude wave,the total energy of waves and the related theory of radiation and diffraction in the array,the structure and working principle of the cantilever-type oscillating float wave energy conversion device,and the motion characteristics of the wave and the oscillating float.analysis.The fluid motion control equation based on FLOW-3D simulation calculation software and the motion model of cantilever oscillating float wave energy conversion device are introduced.The numerical simulation of FLOW-3D software is used to analyze the influence of wave parameters on the energy conversion of the cantilever oscillating floating system,and the optimal draft of the two-stroke work in the fixed wave condition,the initial draft of the float and the simulated load damping coefficient..The parameters of the ellipsoidal array cantilevered oscillating float are optimized.By setting up a series of simulation examples,the variation of the flow field around the array float under the action of wave and float is analyzed under the fixed wave condition,and combined with the theoretical analysis of linear wave.The motion law of the water quality point in the coupled wave and the vector cloud map of the wave velocity field distribution are obtained.Considering the floating platform,the distance between the cantilever array float and the platform is used as a variation parameter to analyze the wave energy conversion characteristics of the array float device,and the optimal distance between the float and the platform is obtained.
