In the field of bioinformatics research,plant genome research has always been a very important field.With the complete sequencing of the milestone model of Arabidopsis plant sequencing work,the whole genome sequencing work of more than 100 plant species has been completed.Among them,Populus trichocarpa is one of the typical examples for researchers.However,in the research process,these kinds of data generated by non-national researchers are stored in different databases in disorder or order,lacking a specific data visualization for the important model organism of Populus trichocarpa The platform,for researchers to obtain data more directly and quickly in the process of researching Populus trichocarpa,not only can simply obtain data not stored in other database sites,but also conduct certain bioinformatics analysis,so This project has established a special visualization platform for the biological data of Populus trichocarpa,.This platform is designed as a website based on the Django network framework.By integrating a large amount of bio-information data of Populus trichocarpa,,it organizes and visualizes the data,and provides a platform for relevant researchers to obtain data and data analysis.The main results of this paper:(1)Through the research on different databases of Populus trichocarpa,,all kinds of data are collected,and the meaning and acquisition methods of different types of data are understood and clarified.(2)Based on the research purpose of the website system,and based on the analysis of these requirements,the subject framework,database and function modules were simulated to simulate the user behavior.(3)The specific construction and presentation of each functional module was explained,and the implementation effect of each functional module was demonstrated.The deployment and testing of the entire Populus trichocarpa,gene data platform was introduced to ensure the reliability and integrity of the platform.After a period of design,development,and testing,the Populus trichocarpa,biodata visualization platform completed the pre-design goals and ideas,and realized an integrated Populus trichocarpa biodata,which provided data convenience and research for researchers.
