Gait analysis plays an irreplaceable role in the clinical diagnosis which consists of abnormalities of skeletal muscle of the lower extremities and disorder of nervous system and gait,evaluation of surgical effect in corrective Department of orthopedics and Rehabilitation assessment.The gait laboratory equipment can measure the percentage of phased staging,the temporal and spatial characteristics and the dynamics analysis by measuring the motion trajectories,foot ground reaction and myoelectric activities,which provides the basis for doctors to assess the walking ability of the patients,the treatment and the formulation of the rehabilitation plan.However,the gait laboratory equipment is limited to the clinical application of scientific research because of its high price,complicated operation procedure and unfitness for the department of orthopedics and rehabilitation clinic.In addition,the walking range of the gait laboratory is also limited,and the subjects have psychological load during the test,which affects the authenticity of the measurement results.Therefore,this paper proposed a wearable gait analysis data acquisition system,in which mechanical and kinematic parameters were measured by using a flexible pressure-sensitive array insole and 3D attitude measuring integrated sensor module with data post processing software.It realizes data acquisition of gait mechanics and kinematics parameters under natural gait,and quantitative assessment of joint posture,the center of pressure(center of pressure.COP)track,and gait time phase staging etc..Aiming at the demand of wearable measurement,a measurement and data acquisition circuit based on MSP430 is designed.The low power consumption and high frame frequency requirements are coordinated designed,and the natural gait tracking record is achieved.Compared with the commercial dynamometer and motion capture system,the experimental results show that the reliability and validity of the wearable plantar pressure measurement system can meet the requirements of clinical application.The integrated area method and the joint attitude data are used to realize the time phase subdivision of the complete gait cycle.The setting method of area threshold for distinguishing between standing and striding phase is discussed.The phase of each subdivision of the standing phase was determined by the conditions of loading,extreme value,and loading of the pressure values of the key anatomical subareas of the plantar.The phase of each subdivision of the step is determined by the attitude angle information.A comparative experiment of heel,forefoot valgus and metatarsal lifting accessories under different configuration conditions was designed to achieve quantitative evaluation of ankle orthopedic effect,combined with ankle orthosis.A single leg standing and side leg four-way swing training was selected,and the balance function evaluation indexes of healthy side foot,affected side foot and normal foot were tested respectively.The experimental results show that the forward and lateral single leg is effective in improving the balance function of patients with chronic ankle instability(CAI).
