Study On Urban Spatial Shape Optimization Of Jingtai County Based On GIS

Urbanization is an inevitable trend of China's social and economic development,and a large number of urban construction land is needed in the development process.But under the premise that China's construction land is growing and must adhere to the permanent basic farmland,saving land,intensive development and optimizing the use of land are inevitably the right choice for urban development.Aiming at the problems of land resource waste and low efficiency in the urban development of Jingtai County,this paper proposes a GIS-based urban spatial shape optimization study under Jingtai County.The research content mainly includes four parts:analysis of the status quo of Jingtai County,delineation of external boundary,optimization of internal space form and verification of spatial shape optimization mode.The study draws the following conclusions:(1)Firstly,the land use suitability evaluation of Jingtai County city is carried out by analytic hierarchy process and GIS grid superposition,and multiple external land boundary with different evaluation scores are obtained.Secondly,the traffic expansion rate model is used to obtain the predicted boundary of the future development of Jingtai County.By the superposition and fitting of the rigid and elastic boundaries,the external land boundary with the score of 2.4 is the optimal urban boundary of Jingtai County.(2)Through the study of the modern urban structure types in China,the analysis of the actual situation of Jingtai County,and the consideration of the influence of traffic factors,the most suitable land use structure for Jingtai County is the continuous strip structure.(3)Through the analysis of several types of construction land in Jingtai County,the 15-minute life circle is used as the basis for adjustment,and the experimental area is selected for spatial layout optimization.Based on this,on the basis of the plan,the optimization proposals for urban residential land,public management and public service land,commercial service industry land and green space in Jingtai County are proposed.(4)By comparing the land boundary,the selection of land use structure and the spatial layout optimization proposal with the 2016-2035 Jingtai County urban master plan,the reliability of the paper's urban spatial shape optimization in Jingtai County is confirmed.
