With the development of molecular biology,some new technologies are playing an increasingly important role in functional genomics research,and the recognition technology of enhancers in DNA sequences has also made great progress.However,most enhancer studies are still carried out through experiments and gene sequencing methods,so the study period is long and consumption.In order to promote the work of enhancer and improve the efficiency of research,this paper is mainly based on intelligent computing,using a variety of feature extraction methods to study the prediction problems of enhancers and their strengths and weaknesses,the specific work includes the following aspects:1)Outlines the related concepts of enhancers in biology,including the concepts of strong enhancers and weak enhancers,as well as the research background and significance of enhancer classification prediction,and briefly describes the related research methods of enhancers.The research work has been arranged as a whole.2)Outline several common feature extractions and the research progress of some machine learning methods in the study of DNA sequences in recent years,further summarizes several commonly used traditional machine learning methods,such as support vector machine,random forest,artificial neural network,and evaluation index of classification algorithm.A systematic analysis was performed.3)Implemented the research on classification prediction of enhancer and their strong and weak types.According to the transcriptional activation ability and expression ability,enhancers are mainly divided into two categories: strong enhancers and weak enhancers.Normally,strong enhancers control the related functions of transcription or protein metabolism,thereby promoting transcription and enhancing the expression level of foreign genes,genes for eukaryotes.Recording is crucial.Therefore,it is very necessary to predict which of the enhancer and the predicted enhanced enhancer belong to its strong or weak type.For the classification prediction research of enhancers and their subsets,this paper has realized the research work of two schemes.4)Summarize the research work of this paper and study it in the future The work has been prospected.It has expanded the research ideas and provided research methods for the related research of DNA sequence information.
