Spatial data provenance is essentially a record of the complete workflow evolution process,annotation information,and other processing of spatial data.It is important to trace the historical state of the spatial data by marking the important information of the data.The traditional data provenance has the problems of non-uniform information,too discrete,and no hiddenness when recording provenance information.In fact,the main reason is the lack of reasonable organization management and expression of provenance information.Therefore,this paper proposes to construct a geometrical algebra-based provenance information coding and expression method to realize spatial data provenance.Complex geometry and algebraic operations can be implemented based on geometric algebraic dimensional operations.The geometric algebraic multiple vector structure consisting of geometric operator can define various dimensions and freely expand and reduce the dimensional space.This paper builds the relationship between the concept content and attribute data of provenance information based on geometric algebra theory and method.The multi-vector structure based on geometric algebra can realize the coding and fusion expression of mixed dimension provenance information.Based on the data provenance standard,this paper studies and constructs a unified provenance index system for remote sensing image data.Integrate provenance information standard and define the naming mode of remote sensing image provenance information.Based on the mathematical structure and geometric operators of geometric algebra,study the coding and expression methods of provenance information.A digital watermarking algorithm based on quaternion wavelet transform is used to study the method of embedding and extracting provenance information in remote sensing images.Based on the above theory and method,a remote sensing image provenance system based on geometric algebraic information coding and expression is constructed.The main research work of this paper includes several aspects:(1)Construction of provenance information index system for remote sensing image data.According to the data provenance standard,a provenance information index system suitable for remote sensing image data is constructed.By constructing provenance data standardization,the naming conventions of remote sensing image metadata,node information,and operation information are defined,and the standardization of each provenance link are realized.(2)Coding and expression of provenance information based on geometric algebra.The accuracy of the provenance information is achieved by digital encoding and recording the provenance information of the remote sensing image data.The space base vector and geometric operator based on geometric algebra can express the relationship of specific object.The geometric algebraic multiple vector structure can realize the fusion expression of the conceptual content of the mixed dimension provenance information and the attribute data association structure.(3)provenance information embedding and extraction technology.The digital watermarking technology of remote sensing image based on quaternion wavelet transform is used to embed and extract the two-dimensional code of provenance information in remote sensing image.The concealment and robustness of provenance information and the whole process dynamic update of provenance information are realized.
