Physics is a basic discipline in natural science.The learning of physical knowle-dge can not be separated from the physical experiment.Physical experiment is the foundation of physics.It can deepen students'understanding of textbook knowledge,improve students' interest in learning,cultivate their thinking ability and innovative consciousness.Therefore,physics classroom demonstration experiment is very important,and Archimedes's principle experiment is the most important part of physics experiment.So this requires that in teaching,the experiment of Archimedes's principle is simple and effective.The traditional Archimedes principle experiment procedure is tedious,the measurement data is many,the error is large,the data is easily confused,and the experimental device has some defects,so that students' understanding of Archimedes's principle is not comprehensive enough.In order to enable students to understand Archimedes's principle correctly and lay a good foundation for future physical learning,it is necessary to improve the experimental device of Archimedes's principle.This experiment instrument uses high precision sensor to measure liquid level and buoyancy,and overcomes the shortcomings of traditional experiment,such as large error and complicated steps.The experiment instrument mainly designed two devices:the liquid level measuring device and the buoyancy measuring device.In the liquid level measuring device,a linear CCD image sensor uses laser reflection measurement to collect liquid level change information.The CCD driving signal is generated by STM32F103 microcontroller,and the output signal of CCD is preprocessed and A/D transformed.In the image processing,median filter is used to process the image noise,then the liquid level is extracted,then the measured image is displayed on the STM32 LCD,and the location is realized through the touch screen image,and the final liquid level change is obtained.The program design of buoyancy measurement device is based on Keil uVision platform,which is programmed by C language.The differential signal output from the tension sensor is amplified,then the amplified signal is transmitted to the ADCmodule of single-chip microcomputer for A/D conversion.The average value of output voltage is obtained through multiple sampling.According to the formula,the voltage value is converted to the tension value,and the buoyancy is calculated according to the pull force value.Finally,the relationship between liquid level and buoyancy can be verified by comparing the two experimental results,so as to achieve the purpose of accurate measurement.The experimental equipment of the intelligent Archimedes's law experiment instrument is modern,simple in operation and accurate in experimental data.It can make students understand Archimedes's principle more deeply and improve the students' physical thinking and scientific spirit.
