In our country, Since the three agricultural policy and industrial anti-added agricultural policy Implemented, China's agriculture has been developed by leaps and bounds.Today,new Technology constantly emerge,more and more Technology will be used in the agriculture.digital agriculture and precision agriculture will gradually replace the traditional methods of agricultural production,so how to quickly and accurately, real-time access to get physiological status information become a key of the new technology agriculture.In the modern research ,we found plant's chlorophyll irradiated by laser will issue a weak Fluorescence ,which contains a variety of physiological responses of plant life information .those founds enable to detect plant physiological rapidly.After the work of Analysis of fluorescence spectra,we can found Short-wavelength componented at 470 ~ 480nm and 530 ~ 540nm wavelength have peak intensity,also Long-wavelength componented at 683 ~ 689nm and 728 ~ 734nm have another peak intensity. According to the current research of fluorescence ,we can know the origin of long-wavelength components are generated from the plant material and chlorophyll.after many experiments,we attain the peak model's relationship with chlorophyll content and moisture content.This topic is based on the above theoretic and experiments, Giving full consideration to the different optical path of light's advantages and disadvantages, and Choose Czerty-Turner structure as the system optical path.this system take CCD image sensor as the core , and use AS-5216 microprocessor circuit board to handle spectral data. We take visual basic language to program, then implement to detect the preliminary information of Plant Physiology .The main works are as follows:1,Analyse detailedly the advantages and disadvantages of spectrometer the hardware and software at home and abroad .Choose CCD as the core part of this system.Because designs only require the wavelength between the 470-735nm.,so we select 2048-pixel CCD. In the software programming ,the program is based on DLL。The program language can select from c++,vb6.0,Labview,Delphi.Considering the advantages of VB language,wo choose vb as programming language. 2,Select the components of the sensor's hardware system.including Components :Grating, Incident slit, Collimating mirror. Those optical components in accordance with road map are assembled into optical platform.Optical platform can scatter linghts and convert the scattered linghts to electrical signals.3,Choose AS-5216 which produced by Netherlands avantes as data acquisition board .this board support wide range of detectors and high speed usb2.0 communication.its operating frequency is up to 64MHZ.and it can quickly deal with spectra datas.4,produce the software of the sensors.this soft ware can achieve the following functions:(1)Display spectral curve of real-time(.2)Parameter settings.(3) Two data storage methods:Spectral data will be output to excel;Data directly to text format.(4) Implement the chlorophyll content and moisture determination.5,Complete the design of the receive device for sensor.The receive device can install the laser head and optical fiber probe at the same time.Uniting the various components ,after the experiment ,we prove the sensor can achieve the design requirements, and can accurately capture spectro scopy ,analyse the two major plant physiological parameters.Innovate point of this article are as follows:1,Implement the chlorophyll content and moisture determination.2,Take a easier ways to draw spectral curve.3,The design of the receive device for sensor. the receive device is based on the experiment ,which can remove the effects of natural light.
