Research On Intelligent Hall Effect Experiment Instrument And Data Management System

The Hall elements made by Hall principle are widely used in people's daily life,especially in the field of precision measurement,household appliances and industrial automation.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the principle and application of Hall effect.The Hall effect experiment has long been used as a compulsory experiment for the students of science and engineering,but the existing Hall effect experiment instrument can not save and deal with the experimental data automatically,which leads to the low teaching efficiency and the single knowledge of the students.The intelligent Hall effect experiment instrument involves the knowledge of electronics,physics,computer,software and so on.It combines theory with practice effectively.It not only improves the teaching efficiency of the teachers,but also enhances the students' practical ability,expands the students' knowledge,and trains their independent thinking and innovation consciousness.Based on the experimental principle of Hall effect,this paper introduces the parameters,material,structure,driving circuit,zero position error and elimination method of Hall element.The design of intelligent Hall effect experiment instrument and data management system hardware and software is explained in detail.A constant current source circuit for electromagnets and Hall components 1s designed.A high precision OP07 amplifier is used to amplify the small Hall voltage.Three MCP342lA/D chips are used to collect the data of the working current,the excitation current and the Hall voltage respectively.The use of microcomputer STC15W4K48S4 as the control core part of the experimental extension,and the Usart-GPU touchscreen combines the input button with the display.The data communication between the experimental extension and the upper computer is based on LC12S wireless serial module.C#language is used to complete the programming of data management system.Through experimental verification,the intelligent Hall effect experiment instrument and data management system designed by this subject have realized the function of storing and transmitting experimental data and drawing the graphics automatically by the host computer according to the experimental data,and achieved the expected effect in the practical application.
