| Aim at the current part of rural land in China,there are problems about the four boundaries of a piece of land and or a construction site,unclear ownership,inaccurate space location,hindered circulation,and unmotivated.This paper adopts the method of aerial photography and on-the-spot investigation,the right of rural land contract management in Nanchang county was confirmed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Studied the common measurement techniques in land confirmation,deeply analyze the advantages and disadvantages of various methods,in addition,the most suitable measurement methods are selected in terms of production cost,production efficiency,safety,ductility and social benefits.(2)Confirmed the work flow of aerial photography,calculate the aerial photography factor,GPS navigation data of each area,and the aerial photography time of each photography project.Through these works,the route's laying and the site selection of each district check yard and base station were determined.(3)Application of aerial photography in rural land confirmation in Nanchang county,the layout of a control point was determined,selected the three encryption software,the production of DOM and DEM were determined.Through the ownership survey and use the workstation,Cass software,DOM image data,the area,shape,relative position and ownership relation of the plot were vectorized and distribution map of farmers' contracted plots with accurate spatial distribution was obtained.After the public audit and established a database,entered the data into the database.Through this series of work,we confirm and verify that the working process of the aerial photography method 1s feasible and reliable,so as to provide reference experience for the land confirmation in other areas.(3)Studied the methods of internal verification examine and field results tests,the point accuracy,area accuracy and social satisfaction of the results data of land confirmation are evaluated scientifically. |
