This thesis describes a set of submerged buoy communication electronic system. This system can send the hydrological data, submerged status, position information collected by the submerged buoy to the ground station in time via satellite communications. The system consists of five parts:the main control bin, communication buoy, electric motors, submerged buoys, and host computer. In the course of work, the electronic system in the main control room controls the actions of the rest.By consulting the relevant domestic and foreign floating and submersible data, and combining the development status of domestic float and submersible technologies, and it uses a combination of various communication methods such as underwater acoustic communication and satellite communication.which achieve the purpose of sending the hydrological data collected by submarine submersibles to ground stations. This thesis mainly introduces the hardware circuit design and software programming of marine submarine communication electronic system, including the required peripheral circuits for the master module and the program control flow of each module of the system. In addition,it finally completed the system debugging. The system greatly improves the real-time performance and reliability of the submerged buoy data. The use of GPS to send the position information of the communication buoy reduces the difficulty of recovering the later submersible standard. In addition, preliminary processing of the hydrological data forwarded by the satellite to the destination mailbox is performed by the host computer, which reduces the workload of the post-workers.It solves the problems existing in the application process of submersible devices. Therefore, the application prospect of the system is very broad.
