| Freshwater lignicolous fungi are a large group,which play a very important role in the natural world as a decomposer,and have a huge influence on human daily life as a kind of resource.This paper mainly studies on the systematic taxonomy of freshwater fungi in Jiangxi Province.The freshwater fungi were investigated in Lushan Mountain in Jiujiang City,Jiangxi Agricultural University in Nanchang City,Meiling Socenic Area in Nanchang City,Xingguo County in Ganzhou City,ect.Combination of morphology and molecular systematics achieving research results are as follows.1.In this study,960 samples were collected,and 347 fungal strains were isolated;151 fungal species belonging to 62 genera were identified.2.Combine morphology and molecular systematics,the characters of 58 freshwater hyphomycetes and ascomycetes were described with corresponding pictures of morphological structures,including 23 new species,Kirschsteiniothelia shimenjianensis?K.clavator ? Helicomyces aquatica ? H.lignicola ? Helicosporium lignicola ?Pseudoastrosphaeriella meilingensis ? Longipedicellata bambusae ? Trematosphaeria guttulata?Lignosphaeria longispora?Acrogenospora lignicola?Submersisphaeria lignicola?Chaetosphaeria oblongispora?Chloridium bambusae?C.houshanise?C.globospora?Dictyochaeta lignicola?Menisporopsis aquatica?Tainosphaeria aquatica?Thozetella aquatica?Savoryella granular?S.tricinctum?Phaeomonilia aquatica?Xylohyphopsis aquatica,2 new records in China:Kirschsteiniothelia lignicola?Vaginatispora amygdali,and some new records in Jiangxi Province.3.Research on freshwater fungi Jiangxi province is relatively backward.Therefore,for Jiangxi region,this is a great resource treasury to be developed,many unknown species waiting for us to understand,to explore.The aim of the present study is to investigate the diversity of freshwater fungi in Jiangxi Province,to explore and collect freshwater fungal germplasm resources,and the results of this study are important references for future studies on freshwater fungi. |
