With the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of economy,consumers put forward higher demand for the individualization and diversification of commodities.In order to meet the needs of customers,manufacturing industry has gradually changed from the traditional single-variety mass production mode to multi-variety mixed production mode.Due to the increasing variety of products produced in mixed-flow production,the number of parts and materials accumulated at the edge of the production line has doubled.In order to solve the problems of chaotic parts accumulation in production line and insufficient storage space for edge parts,many enterprises have introduced Set Parts Supply(SPS).This paper takes the front bumper mixed-flow assembly line of an exterior decoration factory as the research object.In order to solve the problem of material supply in time after the mixed-flow assembly line implements SPS distribution mode,it points out the causes leading to the untimely supply of materials-the confusion of parts in the temporary storage area of spare parts and the unreasonable planning of SPS distribution path based on the in-depth analysis of the current situation of material distribution in the mixed-flow assembly line,And the SPS distribution plan arrangement is unreasonable.Aiming at the problem of chaotic parts placement in spare parts temporary storage area,this research adopts SLP method to re-plan the parts temporary storage area.Through the analysis of the relationship among parts,the parts interrelationship table,the parts comprehensive proximity table and the parts location layout diagram are obtained in turn.After considering various practical factors,a more reasonable parts temporary storage area layout map is obtained;for SPS distribution routing plan.In this study,we add smoothing operator on the basis of traditional genetic algorithm,and use MATLAB to solve the optimal path of AGV car with smaller smoothness.We set up a mathematical model to solve the problem of minimum inventory at the above line points,and get the optimal number of AGV cars and the number of single delivery sets,which are verified by Flexsim software to solve the problem of SPS distribution scheme.The validity of the model and solution method is also discussed.After the application of the improved SPS material distribution scheme in the front bumper mixed-model assembly line,the picking time of each type of vehicle in the assembly line is reduced by 20%,and the output is increased by 16%.The problem of material distribution in mixed-model assembly line is effectively solved.Innovation of this paper: in terms of topic selection,most literature studies on the material distribution of production line are concentrated in the vehicle assembly workshop.This paper selects the parts distribution process of the exterior decoration assembly line as the research object,and takes the previous bumper assembly line as an example to analyze,summarize and improve the current situation of its parts distribution.In terms of theory,at present,there is little research on SPS distribution theory in China,and there is a lack of overall research on SPS distribution site layout.This paper optimizes the layout of SPS distribution site based on the actual situation of an exterior decoration factory.In terms of methods,SLP method is mainly applied in the aspects of workshop layout and logistics facility planning,etc.In this study,SLP method is applied in the layout planning of parts temporary storage area,expanding the application scope of this theory.
