The saline-alkali soil in Binzhou City is widely distributed. In recent years, due to the unreasonable development and utilization of human beings, the salinization of land in this area has become more and more serious, which has seriously hindered the sustainable development of local agriculture, society and ecology. In order to find a low-cost and quick-acting method for improving saline-alkali soil, this paper takes Binzhou Salinized chao soil as the research material, and uses polyacrylamide(PAM),Bamboo charcoal organic compound fertilizer(BC)and Bacteria organic compound fertilizer(BO)as soil conditoners, used laboratory experiments, pot experiment, field plot experiment,to explore the improvement effect and mechanism of these three conditioners,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the improvement and utilization of salinized chao soil.Main conclusions are as follows:(1)After added with conditioners, soil water conductivity and infiltration properties changed in different degree. The addition of BC increased soil saturated hydraulic conductivity and water infiltration capacity. The saturated hydraulic conductivity of salinized chao soil decreases with the increase of PAM dosage, and the soil water infiltration capacity is poor.Except for BO4 treatment, the effect of bacterial organic compound fertilizer on soil water conductivity and infiltration performance is small;after adding conditioners, the dynamic change process of soil cumulative infiltration can be fitted by Kostiakov model, and the fitting effect is better(R2>0.85).There is significant linear relationship between cumulative infiltration and wet front depth(R2>0.98),which is accorded with the genera principle.(2)The type and amount of conditioner can affect salt movement and distribution.Application of conditioners can affect salt transportation and spatial distribution characteristics. In laboratory experiment,EC,Cl~- and Na~+ in the infiltration zone were distributed as an"L".After maturity of winter wheat, the salt content of potted soil showed:CK<BC<BO<PAM;after corn harvest, the salt content of potted soil showed:BO<BC<CK<PAM.The plot experiment showed that the dynamic changes of Cl~- and Na~+ in the profile were consistent, and they all showed the distribution characteristics of Cl~- and Na~+ in the growth period of winter wheat. The growth period of the corn was Cl~- and Na~+ distribution characteristics. There was a significant positive correlation between the Cl~- content of 0?40cm soil layer and Na~+ content and EC,and the correlation coefficient was above 0.7.(3)The experiment results of crop emergence rate under the condition of adding conditioner showed that except for PAM1.0 treatment, the emergence rate of winter wheat was 60% ,and the other treatments had no significant effect on the emergence rate of winter wheat. However, the growth of winter wheat with BC and BO treatments was limited, and the treatment of PAM could promote the growth of winter wheat at seedling stage. The results of pot experiment showed that the addition of conditioners was not conducive to crop emergence. The application of BC is beneficial to promote the growth of winter wheat and increase the 100-grain weight(5.2% increase compared with CK);the application of BO can promote corn growth and increase corn biomass(22.7% increase compared with CK);the application of PAM is not conducive to the growth of corn and wheat.(4)Comprehensive soil water and salt and crop growth, bamboo charcoal organic compound fertilizer has better effect on salinized chao soil.BC is applied at 8g/kg to achieve water saving and salt washing, promote the effects of crop growth and development.
