In this thesis,we study the leptoquark model and constrain its parameters with experimental bounds from muon anomalous magnetic moment and charged lepton flavor violation decay processes. The Standard Model describes the interaction between fundamental particles'which is consistent with experimental observations in past decades. In the second chapter,we provide a brief overview of Standard Model(SM)including the SM gauge group,Higgs mechanism etc.Despite of being the most successful theory,SM is still unable to explain neutrino mass, dark matter,matter-antimatter asymmetry. This calls for extension of Standard Model. We study the muon anomalous magnetic moment and lepton flavour violation in the third chapter. The diference between experimental value of muon anomalous magnetic moment and its predicted value by Standard Model and absence of lepton flavour violation in SM suggests for new physics scenarios beyond SM.We calculate the one-loop correction value of(g-2),under the SM,and the decay branching ratio of ??e? for minimal SM with massive neutrinos. In the fourth chapter,we introduce the leptoquark model which can serve as the source of lepton flavour violation.We.calculate the flavour violating decay lj?li?at one-loop for leptoquark model. The calculational details of form factors from loop integrals to obtain the decay rate using Package-X is also presented in this chapter.
